Was told we will look into it. 2 days later got an email saying we are looking into it. Called back later the same day. The person on the phone told me " we are looking into it". Tried to call again. The automated phone system would not even let me to talk to a human (no matter how much i tried to adjust my request to talk to a representative). After a very frustrating email and trying to get any answer, i got: "I am expecting the courier to retrieve and redeliver the package today." No "i am so sorry". No "that is the info I got". Nothing... i still dont know whee the package is. If you expect the courier to retrieve it, it doesn't mean it is there to be retrieved. It has been almost 3 days. Horrible!

It was help that was needed although the purchase was nominal. Dave was helpful and treated me with respect considering the circumstances. I often come here to hang out and get out of my home office. Once here I start remembering items that I need. Even when I come to the store to hang out and have coffee, I never leave without buying something. Great customer service is valuable in today's retail store marketplace. Why visit a store when most items are available online? I like the feel of a brick and mortar store. I like the interaction between sales staff and me. I like to interact with other customers. What's on sale? What's trending? The experience online is linear. It's visual on the online stores. Many more senses are involved with an in store experience. Visually you see the products but in a three dimensional way when seeing items in person. Here I can sit in an office chair and write this. It smells new. It feels supportive and yet comfortable. A possible sale today? Who knows. With a good sales person, I feel comfortable in returning to this store again. I've almost always used the self-service kiosk for everything, including mailing letters, buying stamps and postages, as well as mailing/shipping USPS Priority and Express packages and envelopes!
