Just horrible. Excruciatingly slow and certain clerks refuse to give information then yell at you when you ask for information.

The absolute worst post office around. No urgency to keep the line moving. Horrible customer service. Limited parking.

I can understand why this PO has such low reviews ... based on my first experiences at this…read morelocation a year ago ... which were slow and unfriendly memories. However, recentlyyyyy I've been to this location twice, and it's been a really pleasant experience ... even with it being around the holidays. Both times, I've had "Anan" (I think that's his name ... so sorry if it's not.), and THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not only is he assertive and efficient, he's also really friendly and ... happy with everyone. Not characteristics you often see from PO employees ... sadly. Both times, I've come in with 10+ packages to mail out, and both times, he's helped me with a smile on his face and with friendly conversation. Such a relief ... since honestly ... I got anxious having to take so many packages to be mailed. Didn't know if I would be met with visible annoyance and a rude attitude, but ... pleasantly and surprisingly, I was not. He brightened my day both days. Regarding "value" or this place ... it's a PO. Do I think prices are higher than they were before? Sure. Is there anything that can be done about it? I don't think so. Just glad that we still have mail delivery.

USPS delivery claims can't be trusted. My delivery of live plants was delayed because of Friday…read moresnow, that's okay...rescheduled for the next day, Saturday, in which the office building (Brighton) is open until 6pm. There I am waiting in my office, then shortly before 2pm the status is updated to 'next business day' because of the lie 'that a delivery was attempted but bldg was closed'. This building with couple dentist offices has people coming in and out all afternoon. Why was there no attempted delivery slip left? Isn't the real truth the carrier just wanted to work a half day and go home?!

So I bought a wedding gift for some friends of mine at a New Hampshire crafts fair. I was just…read moreunder the unofficial one year anniverary deadline for wedding gifts, so I thought I was all set. But the problem is I didn't factor in my laziness. Months later, I realized I hadn't gotten around to packaging and mailing the gift. It was a big vase and platter, which means I needed bubble wrap and packaging peanuts, a large box and tape. Then I would have to go to the post office, stand in line forever to mail it, and hope it got to the destination. Instead, I decided to give the UPS Store a try. Wow. I love this place. I wandered down with the vase and platter still in the shopping bag. No line, I just walked up to the counter. I gave them the items and the address, they weighed them, told me how much it would be, I paid, and Bob's your uncle, I was done. They took care of all the packaging, the shipping, it was insured and they provided a tracking number, so I knew exactly where it was at all times. My friends received the gift safe and sound (only 18 months after they actually got married). And for all this convenience, it was actually CHEAPER than the USPS would have been. I paid $13 for the whole thing. The post office would have been $11 for the shipping, not including tracking or insurance or the packaging material.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Chris at #5711 location. I just left from this store…read morelocation for a return, and Chris was extremely patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He took his time to help, answered questions calmly, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Customer service like that really stands out, especially during what could have been a stressful interaction. Chris represented the store very well, and I truly appreciated his attitude and willingness to assist. Please make sure he receives the recognition he deserves for providing such excellent service. Thank you, Veronica

I came to this UPS store to return something from Amazon. The Amazon app let me pick specific…read morelocations to return my merchandise. It specifically says no box or label needed. Just bring it and let them scan the QR code and you're set. I went to this UPS store location in Watertown this morning and it was not a good experience at all. I should've known, as it has never been a good experience in the past. The older lady there that helped me was surprised that I showed up with just the product (which was in the box - just not an amazon box). She had to check with her manager (older gentleman)...who came over with a tape measure and was like "we can only ship items less than 16". The box was about 17" and he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by accepting it. The lady proceeded to scan my QR code and was like "I'll have to mail it like this (without putting it in another box) and I hope you get your refund from Amazon. We are not responsible. This can get lost or stolen". I asked if she could at least tape the opening to make the package more secure, since she wasn't willing to put it in another box...she said no and reiterated several more times "I hope you get your refund etc". Whatever. Returning something shouldn't be this hard, especially when Amazon pointed me here with those specific instructions. There is clearly a disconnect. This UPS store is not about helping customers. Everything felt like they were doing me a favor, ugh! I would not go here again. I'd gladly put the item back in a box and go to USPS or something instead. I wouldn't have gone here in the first place had the app offered the Wholefoods return option - always a good experience there!
