I have called them a couple of times and they have not been extremely helpful when tracking down a package that is supposedly here. However, I have also stopped by here in person to mail out a package to a friend and the woman behind the counter was very helpful in finding the right size box for me to send out and creating a tracking code for the item. The location is extremely small so I can imagine it is frustrating to wait in a long line for the people ahead of you.

I've almost always used the self-service kiosk for everything, including mailing letters, buying stamps and postages, as well as mailing/shipping USPS Priority and Express packages and envelopes! I've come here several times to return Amazon orders that haven't worked out for me by affixing the pre-paid label and giving to the helpful man behind the counter. I was unsure if I needed to do anything else and he assured me that my order was all set as he scanned my package. He gave me a receipt so I could track the package as well to make sure it arrived back at the distribution center to ensure I received my refund. I haven't tried to send out personal packages, but the small store front has a few boxes and packing envelopes for sale to fulfill any packing needs as well. The hours listed have worked out fine for me as I've taken advantage of the weekend morning on my way into Boston. They have very limited parking as at an intersection of Rt. 9 and they share the lot with a locksmith place, home decor and a donations center.
