Joey and James were in the office this day and both immediately jumped to my rescue. Joey made sure to ask permission before touching their items, and talked me through how they would need to safely package things for transport. He quoted out two different scenarios in order to help try and cut costs. James did a fantastic job ensuring things were accurate in the system and then packaging things up. 24 hours later, my parents had all their items completely across the country and were very complimentary of the prompt support the UPS in Cedar Knolls gave. Unfortunately my area was not an area that he services but my job somewhat was. I was so grateful for him coming and helping me because my phone was in dire need. I went to apple on several occasions trying to secure an appointment with them but for some strange reason they are always booked. So I looked on yelp and found Joshua he's clearly a superhero I wouldn't think otherwise. He came to my job fixed my phone 4 hours later its still working so he obviously did a great job. I would personally recommend him to anyone. He's also very responsive to text messages. The screen is also warranted for a year as long as you don't break it again. I'd rather pay 100 bucks then 175 for an insurance deductible.. or 150 with apple.

Not an issue since I've actually used the NYC location before. The Morristown location was friendly and convenient. However, def thought there was a lack of communication. Called about 1 week later and they said they needed to get an update from the NYC office and get back to me. Days went by and nothing. Followed up again and same thing. A few weeks went by and had to be a bit of a nag at this point. Unfortunately, a lot more work and money would have to be invested where the results were not definitive. Got the phone back and it had to still be put together with glue. One would've thought they'd give the phone back looking more or less like it did when it got there. However, what really irked me is that the SIM card was missing. Pretty sure it was there the day it was brought in.

So I searched Amazon and found a burgundy color shirt that looked more like the jersey I wanted, and asked the gentleman at E&N tailor if he could remove or cut the numbers off of the brown jersey and then sew them onto to my color correct burgundy shirt. I also asked him to cut the long sleeves about halfway up my forearm to make this Amazon shirt look more like the jersey I envisioned. E&N tailor did an amazing job and now my jersey is perfect!!
