Additionally the messed up the package description on the invoice stating "Dietary supplements, Samples and School documents" that caused the package to be stuck in customs. Package was supposed to arrive October 31st (a week after I sent,October 23rd) and to this day (November 13th) package hasn't arrived!! Due date for my school documents were November 10th, which I missed (with $12,000USD tuition paid) thanks to UPS in Mendham!! I sent similar documents yesterday in UPS Chester they charged me less, they sent in a proper envelope and they are arriving tomorrow!!! 2 days versus the original 10 days!!! I am flabbergasted on this store's incompetence and lack of responsibility. I went to complain and they denied any wrongdoing telling me to "make a complaint on line" which can't be done because the package hasn't arrived yet. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Please make yourself a favor and use the UPS in Chester. UPDATES!! The package was delivered today, 25 days after I sent!!! And on top of everything the receiver had to pay €25 for import taxes!!!! For documents?!?!? I will be filing a formal Complaint against this store at UPS international

I took 7 paintings in for packing and Brian told me that he couldn't give an estimate until he did the work. He said that he charged $20 per hour in labor. In the end he charged $595. All the paintings were stuffed into a single box and they moved around when the box was tipped over. When I called to give him this feedback, he argued with me. He told me to try UPS or a moving company next time. I have used UPS to do some packing for me and they do a better job for 1/3 the price. I am one dissatisfied customer.

Unfortunately my area was not an area that he services but my job somewhat was. I was so grateful for him coming and helping me because my phone was in dire need. I went to apple on several occasions trying to secure an appointment with them but for some strange reason they are always booked. So I looked on yelp and found Joshua he's clearly a superhero I wouldn't think otherwise. He came to my job fixed my phone 4 hours later its still working so he obviously did a great job. I would personally recommend him to anyone. He's also very responsive to text messages. The screen is also warranted for a year as long as you don't break it again. I'd rather pay 100 bucks then 175 for an insurance deductible.. or 150 with apple.

Anyways, I messaged the company and got a quick response. Next thing I knew I had an appointment with Josh to get my iPhone 6 phone screen replaced. He agreed to meet me at a Barnes and Noble conveniently located 2 minutes away from my work. I met with him during my lunch break and was done with the whole process in under 30 mins! No yelling across the way. My new neighbors said they never heard them. I forgot the name of the foreman, but if I ever move again, I'd like them to do my move. I removed one star because I felt the move was pricey. The standard has been 3 hour minimum. I had a four hour minimum plus the one hour standard travel time. I gave a very detailed list and based on the list is how I received the estimate. In my opinion, I felt that they knew it would be completed in less time and this is how they made their money. The move was completed in two hours. Aside from that, I can recommend this company.
