If there's a long line, I use the self-service kiosk to print the receipt (a manager kindly showed me how to use it), then leave my package at the counter. The employees are always friendly, polite, and professional. They are patient when answering questions and consistently provide excellent customer service. One experience that really stood out was when I accidentally dropped off a package without the house number on the address label around 9:00 a.m. I realized my mistake a few hours later, and when I returned around noon, the staff was able to retrieve the package before it had been processed so I could add the missing house number. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and outstanding service.
