The lack of efficiency made what should have been a simple visit take far longer than necessary.

When it's not busy, I go to the counter to have my packages scanned and receive a printed receipt. If there's a long line, I use the self-service kiosk to print the receipt (a manager kindly showed me how to use it), then leave my package at the counter. The employees are always friendly, polite, and professional. They are patient when answering questions and consistently provide excellent customer service. One experience that really stood out was when I accidentally dropped off a package without the house number on the address label around 9:00 a.m. I realized my mistake a few hours later, and when I returned around noon, the staff was able to retrieve the package before it had been processed so I could add the missing house number. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and outstanding service. Your professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated.

It's still sticker shock, now that 1st class stamp now costs $0.78 & international is $1.70. Even my friend in Germany says that's really steep. It is what it is, probably the reason most folks do email & other means of correspondence nowadays. It was a good experience, quick & easy peasy.

The one behind the mall at Macy's is bad enough but at least they don't take lunch breaks or at least not that I know of. Something's always broken here if not multiple things. They have odd hours and they take these breaks in between the day so about 65% of the time I go they're fucking closed. And the sad thing is there's a I believe Vietnamese or Philippine Clerk and an African-American one and I really like them both especially the black dude he's very friendly, but look at the pictures I posted all the things that don't work or malfunction or are out of order what is this a 1980s arcade salon?
