This post office is going to be where I'm going to start sending all my packages from now on! After going to all these other post offices around and not finding any place to park, this was like a glass of cold water in a hot day. Lots of parking space, very large with very short line. Loved that they were open at 7.30 am. I don't think I've seen that in any other location. Since I'm new to this area I found the neighborhood very charming too!

I never had any issues with them. They should hire more employees to work at the desk

Here's the thing about old documents, like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though, how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

These people charge a fortune for tape with absolutely no courtesy at all. They charged me $2.00 for just 16 inches of tape, which is ridiculous. They even wanted to charge $4.00 for a single label. Don't come here! The service is terrible. I wouldn't even call it service. Stay away from this UPS Store! UPS should not allow them to represent their brand. The owner makes the UPS image look terrible, especially with all the bad reviews. UPS, if you're seeing this review, please do something. They should be penalized for making UPS look bad and for charging customers when the service is supposed to be FREE. They continue to treat customers rudely and clearly do not understand what "customer service" means.

UPS has the best rates for larger box's and tend to usually have better shipping quality. I average about $3500 in shipping cost through USPS and around $18-2500 a month through UPS. Today I dropped a package off at the Convenience store location in the AM , a $78 dollar shipping cost (all done on line) just dropped off on shelf took picture and left. Then this afternoon brought another package $83 dollar shipping cost. Again did all online. Packages weighed less then 8lbs each just larger box's. As I was leaving (with my 4 year old) the man came out and started to berate me about taking pictures in his store. I do this for my buyers out of curtesy and to cover myself from being blamed for lost or damaged packages. I asked him what the problem was , I took a picture of my package and the ups counter (no people or anything) in the picture. He continued to berate me and tell me this isn't a public place and im not allowed to take photos or videos in his store. I said no problem. As other customers where asking him why it's not allowed he just kept saying not public place no no no. I said no problem I'll take my buisnnes to FedEx from now on. Guy was this and Arrogant. All he had to say was "please no pictures " Not Embarrass me in front of everyone.

When it was around 7pm I looked to track my package since it hadn't been delivered yet. I saw I had an email saying "delivery attempted". When I looked further into the email it said "mailbox was full". I had ordered a package that was 3 cases of energy drinks and a diploma folder so how is that supposed to fit in my mailbox. My common sense tells me to leave it at the doorstep like majority of packages are left. In my mailbox was one piece of paper saying I had to pick up my package since I wasn't home. But the slip didn't even say where to pick up. I tried calling the number general postal service number but it wouldn't accept my tracking number. Even though this was a minor inconvenience the reason that the very nice lady at the front desk gave me was inexcusable! Apparently the lady that was supposed to drop off my package is known to give slips saying "delivery attempted" when packages are too heavy. The nice lady even said the person delivering "only has a few more years before retirement. My understanding from reading the Indeed website is that the expectation is employees are to lift up to 70 pounds. If this employee is known for not completing her job why does she still have one?
