Because it's small, it has a limited number of shipping items you can buy (e.g. shipping boxes and envelopes) as well as a small selection of greeting cards. There are also only two cashier stations, which means, when there's a long line (esp during the holiday season), you'll be waiting a while. They're pretty efficient and fast with taking care of customers' business, but it could get backed up. Although I've used the self-service shipping center a couple times, I still prefer shipping things in person. That being said though, the self-shipping stand is very convenient. :)

That said, since I have discovered it, I don't go to any other post office location (at least not if I'm leaving from home) because this one is so convenient. Plus, it has better weekend hours than the Post Office on Bailey. You can get stamps, mail packages, and do all the things you normally would at the Post Office but without the lines that I've encountered at pretty much every other Post Office. I don't think I've ever had more than one person in front of me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And if you need to get something from the Pharmacy while you're there, it's super convenient. Parking is easy, as is getting in and out of the lot. Yay for convenience and easy.

I did my application online and had to come her to finalize the process and have my picture taken. It was fairly easy to find. It's a little rough when you do find it it but it's not terrible. Once I was inside, I had to sign and provide my identification. I was guided to a waiting area that is comprised of folding banquet chairs. Not the most comfy setup, but I wasn't there long when I was called. The whole process was less than 10 minutes from beginning to end, and I was out of there. I definitely recommend this location. They thankfully processed everything within days of my trip.
