I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

There are instructions right at each station and if you get stuck, the staff is very helpful. You swipe your debit/credit card when you start and boom it's that easy, the World Wide Web is yours. I would caution people about printing personal protected information and letting it sit on the printer, anyone can pick it up. No one has a printer in this day and age and it's cool that these services exist. They also sell things like office /school supplies, snacks, and greeting cards. And you can buy packaging and ship packages here too! It's an all in one kind of place with a friendly face.

Then I go in line for my package, there were 2 people at two counters and a guest each counter, and one in front of me waiting. It seemed everyone had a complicated case, the service attendants were both very patient. It took me 15 minutes before I was at the counter. It was easy to ship, and Emily was very professional and made sure all info was correct. I was about to pick the cheapest option and still get it to where I needed to send in time.

I had a…read morepackage of custom party decorations that was shipped late by an Etsy seller (despite my daily emails asking when it was going to ship and to confirm it would arrive in time) and it was iffy to make it in time for my son's 1st birthday party on Saturday. I called the post office Friday morning and spoke with Seth, the Post Master, and he was super helpful and said I can request the package be held as soon as I saw it was in Lockport. I tracked the package and called as soon as I saw it was at the Lockport station, they found the item and held it for me to pick up the morning of my son's birthday party. I went as soon as they opened the next Saturday morning and discovered the wrong package was held and now the package I needed was now out for delivery. Frantic, I called Seth and he discovered my package was going to be delivered by 5 pm...after the party. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. Within 5 minutes, Seth called me back and said his boss, Kaitlin, was going to get the package off the truck and deliver it for us and that she was going to call me to let me know when it was dropped off. In a matter of 30 minutes, the package was on my porch and Kaitlin called to confirm. These two did not have to do all of this for me, especially considering this wasn't USPS's fault, but they went above and beyond and were able to help make my son's 1st birthday party exactly as we wanted. I am so appreciative of Seth and Kaitlin and their excellent customer service. Thank you Seth & Kaitlin!!

This is a smaller post office in the area. The last few times I've stopped in the staff was…read morefriendly, the line was short, and I was in and out. There's always parking to boot! My last visit the counter staff helped me pick out the best way to mail a letter that I wanted to know it got to its destination. She didn't sell me the most expensive delivery just to make money- she helped me with the very best option. And I appreciate that. Be aware this is a very small post office so they do not have as much merchandise or a drop box for large packages. You will have to give those directly to the staff.

The main room is very tiny but they have all the stuff that you'd expect to see at a post office. The sheets of specialty stamps seem to sell out quickly since I never manage to get the neat ones. There are two parking lots - one of them is much easier to get into and out of than the other, so if you have a larger vehicle or don't like doing tight turns, go around the corner where there is more space.
