I have officially been trying to reach them for two days! They never return calls in a timely manner. I was on hold for over an hour this last time. The technicians who delivered and installed my adjustable base did not even bother to say hello. I tried to be extra pleasant as I work in furniture and know what the delivery drivers usually have to put up with. I was met with icy, yeses and no's . Defeat on the adjustable base can be adjusted. They never bothered to ask me if the height was all right, which it was not. Trying to reach out to the company, not necessarily to get them fired, but the point out that I am severely unhappy and need it fixed. They were two hours late on the delivery window. No apology nothing. Now I have to pay somebody to come in and finish the job that they were paid to do. They don't even have any email address to reach out considering you can't get a hold of them by phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone! read more

My experience keeps getting worse. My mattress delivery from Costco was scheduled for 6/8/26. I received a call saying it would be delayed a week because they only come to Warren PA on Monday's and their truck was full. I received 6 different text messages beginning Sunday night stating what time the order would arrive. All the texts after the first gave me a new delivery window with the last being delivery between 10:49 pm and 12:19 am! Of course I ending up taking the day off work for nothing. Throughout the day when I called and got routed to the Phillipines the woman on the phone told me she had good news my delivery was next. After calling RXO and Costco on Tuesday I received a text and an email saying my order would be delivered today 6/17/26. That appeared to be a false hope as I received a text and email saying my delivery day is now 6/18/26. We will see what tomorrow brings. read more

Be careful with this company: they send out an email saying if you have MORE than one flight of stairs, to get in touch. It turns out that if you even a SINGLE flight of stairs, they will NOT move a Tread+ up those stairs, even if you offer to help them yourself. And then, they treat it like it's your fault for not letting them know there was a single (and short, BTW) flight of stairs. I've been on the phone for HOURS over two days just to have them come back. They say they need three people to move that machine, which I understand, but then it's their responsibility to provide enough workers to do this, or tell the customer that if they have one flight of stairs, they need to notify them. VERY unhappy with this company, since my machine is still not set up, with no assurance of a window for when they will address this problem. Absolutely ridiculous and I need someone to please contact me. Waited all day for my order which had a delivery time of 1PM-5PM. I waited all day for the order and I was supposed to receive a phone call when I was next. Well I received the phone call only after the driver delivered my order at 5:30 stating that "I'm up next" but he was already pulling out of my driveway and I didn't have a chance to stop him. I also saw him drop all of the packages onto the street so likely damaging the ikea furniture that was in the box. I Finally went to bring in my order only to realize I was delivered someone else's order. I have no idea where the package I was waiting all day for is, but I would like answers. I've been on hold for 45 mins, finally customer service just picked up and the call dropped immediately. I took matters into my own hands and found the recipient of the package I received on Facebook, messaged him myself to inform him I have his order, so maybe I'll have to do your job for you and deliver to him. Ordered a bike and scheduled a delivery date. They texted me that it was cancelled the night before. I had to reschedule out another week. They never called me a half hour before arriving as promised, so I was not prepared with my dogs or children to have them in my house. White glove delivery was part of my order. They wanted to leave it in the garage, but I asked them to bring it to the room it would be in. They did not assemble anything and they did not take away boxes. I would like to give zero stars. My delivery status now says complete, but my appliances are still non functional and are blocking off my whole laundry room. first the delivery window was 11-3. They arrived at 9pm after I had called customer service several times to get an update. I was receiving no feedback at all. The foreign call center said they had no way to contact the local branch other than email. There also is no way to contact the local branch on their website or elsewhere that I could find. After they finally arrived, the workers were exhausted from having begun at 6am and having problems getting stuck in snow more than once during the day. They also were stuck on my road, leaving the truck blocking the road for the entire time they were there. They didn't know what all services they were to provide and we had to remind them they needed to haul away my old ones. They were struggling getting my appliance through doorways, having to be told to turn it 90degrees as it fit fine the other way. Other simple guidance was also required all through the process. I attribute some of this to the fact they must have been extremely exhausted, however, they were also saying things like "that's just the leveling feet, we don't have to install those" and left the shipping screws in the washer, clearly marked to remove before operation, saying it was fine. They claimed to have done a test run of the washer, but the screws were still in. They scuffed my floors, having brought nothing to protect floors. Most egregiously, they apparently failed to check they had all the correct parts to mount the dryer on its pedestal, saying they'd have to send someone back to finish "sometime". Meanwhile I am without laundry capability altogether. they had my appliances 10 days before delivering, so I am not confident this will be handled promptly. I have a special needs child that generates at least a load of laundry every day. I cannot be without laundry capacity any longer. No one at the company local is even reachable. They left the dryer in the middle of the small laundry room, so we can't even get in and out, let alone do any washing. I took pictures of this. I am livid and still waiting for resolution. read more

I was informed by LG Electronics team that this was supposed to be a delivery and installation. The RXO delivery service informed me they don't install wall ovens. Apparently there is some confusion here as I contacted LG and they stated the delivery service was supposed to install the oven. I am now awaiting confirmation from RXO on installation. I took time off from work to o accept this delivery and installation. Now I have to do it again. This is not good customer service in my honest opinion. Please respond so I can resolve this issue. Had a delivery scheduled for 9/16/24 between 9am-11am for a Samsung fridge. I got a text from RXO stating any updates would be texted to me and they sent a link for tracking the location of the truck. I checked the link at 11am and it said my fridge was returning to warehouse due to issue with truck. I understand things happen but I received no updates through text saying it would not be delivered. I called to see when the rescheduled delivery would be and was told it needs to be scanned before they can tell me. I've been waiting for 6 hours and still no updates about where my fridge is or when rescheduled delivery will be. I have to take time off work for this delivery and want to be prepared but have gotten no info.... read more

My Samsung delivery was due the 4th and I had everything set up and moved for a TV. Delivery was set for 2-6 PM. At 5:30 they changed it to delivery cancelled. I called and they said the truck had an emergency. This is the second TV I have purchased for Samsung and the second time this company was chosen to deliver it. The first time they driver never showed up until 7:30 PM as he had to assist with another truck that had broken down. Waiting to see how much longer I have to wait its been 2 weeks already. Don't understand why Samsungs does not dump this delivery company. read more

I just had my dryer delivered, and I cannot believe how petty this company is! I have one of those risers with a drawer that my old dryer sat on, and seeing as the new dryer is just a newer version of my old dryer, I asked them if they could just put the new dryer on top of it which fits perfectly, and they said they can't because they're not allowed to unless I had just bought the new riser from them. It's not like it was any extra work, they were already walking with the dryer downstairs at the exact height of the riser. All they had to do is go back a couple steps and set it right on top, literally no extra work whatsoever. I even told them that I would hook everything up myself. I have no problem with hooking everything up, I just still can't believe how unbelievably petty they were not to be able to put the new dryer on top of that riser which is made for that exact type of dryer perfectly! read more
