This UPS Store made it incredibly easy to return my Amazon package in a timely fashion. Before arriving, I called to find out about the services I requested. The young man was extremely courteous and polite and answered my questions thoroughly. I don't have a printer at home but assured me doing so in store would be an easy task once I got there. What was already a frustrating situation became a thing of the past, thanks to Akensua and his friendly demeanor. There was a fractional cost for me to return the package, but with Customer Service like that, I don't mind dropping a few dollars to ensure everything is handled with a prompt and professional manner. Super quick service here and everyone was very friendly! I had to ship back a couple of cellphones today and went in the middle of the rainstorm unfortunately. DO NOT USE the Cheektowaga UPS Store Store #3671!!!!. Gouge Customers. I rarely write full reviews like this, but I promised the store that I would do this after my visit there. This store arbitrarily gouges customers who have packages shipped there. They advertise $10 / package received if it were under 70 lb. My packages are exactly 24x18x18, 30 lb. When going there to pickup our 3 packages, they said it's $30 / package, or $90 for picking these up. Apparently, they have some pricing scheme when a package is greater than 20", but no where is this advertised. Even if a package is 4" larger than their rule, 3x the posted price is purely unsavory business practice and price gouging. I tried to reason with the store worker, but he said this is the owner's prerogative. While I have no choice, I want to warn all other potential customers away from this UPS store. There are plenty of options around. We utilized 266 Elmwood Street UPS Store #861 nearby, and were charged $10 per package, and received friendly helpful service. !!!STAY AWAY from the Cheektowaga UPS Store #3671!!!! read more

Used this UPS store a number of times for Amazon returns. Last time had a receipt but item was never received. The tracking number nevered entered the system. Never used this store again. Told wive to avoid as there's 2 others nearby. She forgot. Needed Rx meds I left at home as I'm out of town. This UP$ store out the wrong house number on the package label and made sure to cover the correct address on the package. We're wondering why it didn't show up 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. Package flagged as incorrect address. UPS store employee screwed it up. Then the morons at UP$ require you to login online to correct it. For God's sake. I know the tracking number. I'm correcting the problem. And the pisser. The reset my password as they now require a 12 character password. Ludicrous. You're locked out after 3 failed attempts. You can't crack a password that way. It's not Paypal, a credit card or bank account access. Have my trash company password, a store password. I don't keep payment methods kept on sites. Now have 12 character password I'll forget. Never use and don't write down. I don't write or store them except in my head. How many can a person remember. They're all 8 characters with standard require ments. Pass requirements everywhere except UP$. With my lame T-Mobile Internet access after they screwed up the local LTE signals with their 5G towers and a crappy UPS site that would error out repeatly it took an hour to get the house number corrected so the package could be delivered. read more

I made a purchase from Premier Gold Silver & Coins LLC in June and contacted them several times regarding my purchase, and the fact that I had not been contacted by their shipper, left a couple of voicemails, and I think I even sent an email. Good news September 5th I got contacted with the information that they FOUND my order and can guarantee my shipping date if I give them my credit card information now. I obviously have strong opinions about this and will be contacting UPS regarding "John and Sue of Western New York dba/ UPS STORE 3671. Keep in mind that they found MY order AFTER they found someone elses order! They have offered a 15% discount on the packaging, however, and I am waiting to see how Premier Gold Silver & Coins LLC handles this. read more

The store is clean, I think their services are a little higher then the store on Harlem and here they make copy's of your items for you! I'm uncomfortable with that because it gives them the opportunity to see your business and I have a problem with that , the store in Harlem doesn't do that...... so guess which one I prefer. read more

I know this is minor, but I have very limited time to get to a UPS by 7p when they close. Went to a drop box, my package was an inch too big to fit. Drove like an idiot from work the next day to make it to the Union Road store, my phone said 659 (so real time) when I pulled right in front of the door. All the lights on, door locked. No one in sight. So you know they closed minutes early because it was 659 and there was no one in the front of the store. Like I said, not outright rudeness, but when you have a deadline package and they close at 7 (who closes at 7??) then you want them to stay open til 7! read more

I have recently been using the printing services at the UPS store on Milestrip Rd. In Blasdell. They have great customer service and try to get to know the customers. The store is small but has everything you need. I love that it only costs 16 cents per page which is much cheaper than other places I researched. Taylor is super helpful and thorough with making sure she prints all the documents I need and keeps them in order. read more

My first experience at this location was awful resulting in me walking out and going somewhere else. I went in and a young lady was at counter waiting a long time before anyone even greeted her. I was there to print something, I could see the person before me was having some problems with the printer, so u waited patiently for the problem was to be resolved. When it was I went up and asked for help in printing something up. I was treated so rudely. The man said, weren't you just here doing this. I said I had never been there before. And so what if I had, don't you usually want returning customers? He spoke so rudely to me that I simply walked out, viewing never to return. Today on Christmas Eve, I miss my pkg so I call UPS store to see if they had it. She said no, call UPS 800#. I call they said it's @ Union Rd. I call back, same person answer & I inquire again. She said" didn't you just call" , I said yes- UPS said my pkg is there. I said its either in a large box or it's hanging. She said they probably left it on the truck. I said no I don't believe that on today. She said they do it all the time. She said no it's not here but you're more than welcome to come to store, I said ok(1:39pm) what time do you close she said 2pm. I arrive @ 1:47 and the door is locked with the lights on. So I run into the UPS driver making a delivery @ a retail on Walden & he said I know I dropped it off because John had to sign for it and we discussed your purchase. read more

I recently came back to Buffalo to deal with the passing of my father and had to ship a number of items (including a table) back to California. The woman working the front counter, was absolutely BEYOND wonderful, she was so patient with me and explained in detail what was going to happen with my items. What was "junk" to the average person, were priceless memories to me and she packaged these items so carefully and was so kind in the process it made the most difficult time in my life that much easier. When the table arrived at my house a little over a week later (i just got it the other day), it was absolutely perfect, along with everything else. I called in with a general question regarding my package, I was told I was calling the wrong number and I asked for the customer service line or to be connected to someone who can assist me. A male started screaming "NO, we are privately owned, we can not help you, I will not give you a number because we are not affiliated in any way." I said okay no need to scream. He hung up the phone. Right around the corner from the Walden Galleria and close to Buffalo International Airport, this branch of The UPS Store (store #3671) offers printing, shipping, and mailboxes services to locals and visitors to the area looking to send/receive mail and make copies. Popular with Canadians who use can get a complete street address to receive mail and parcels from all couriers (United State Postal Service, Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL) the location offers good mailbox service when it comes to standard lettermail, but when it comes to parcels, management only holds them at no charge for 3 days only. This sucks if you have no time to run to the location to pick up your mail, especially if you're traveling from Canada. They will hold parcel up to three days (they charge $1 per parcel, per each additional day if not picked up). Due to this policy and the rudeness I received from one employee in an e-mail reply (used CAPS in reply), I did not renew my mailbox and went to another UPS Store closer to the border. If you're a constant shopper at the Walden Galleria or frequently using the Buffalo Airport, this place is convenient, but if you prefer better customer service, customer-friendly policies and closer proximity to the Canadian border try another location closer to a border crossing than this location. read more
