The parking lot is very small and I encountered someone bossing drivers around as we were trying to figure out where to park, our efforts being hampered by the very small number of available parking spaces. Inside, the decor was a bit dated and the banquet space was small -- there was one portable coat rack for everyone to hang their coats on and the dining space was so small that all of the guests were packed like sardines in just four rows of tables. I would recommend this VFW post for small gatherings in large part because of its ideal location. That being said, I think that other VFW posts I have visited, including the George F. Lamm Post nearby, are much, much nicer and they have far bigger parking lots.
