A very small but quaint PO tucked away in Sanborn. Parking isn't spectacular, but it works and the neighbors don't seem bothered. The window clerk is always helpful, but they seem short staffed and one clerk needs to pace herself. So people need to realize this and be patient. Value? It costs what it costs! The "powers that be" are trying to close this hidden gem, and I think that is preposterous. read more

I do not think enough people post good things when they go right. I went for passport services and to mail some packages. They were helpful, friendly and did a great job. It is a small place but good. read more

I come to this post office quite frequently, mainly because it is about 5 minutes away from my house. The worst thing is their lack of parking. You are forced to park along the side of the road, and then risk crossing the road to enter the post office. Inside, there are only two registers available. Quite often, the line is out the front door. read more

This is my second review. I just love coming to this post office. I feel special because it is so small and workers are so friendly. They do not know me by name but always are chipper and recognize my face. They are fast, accurate. Just remember they close from 12:30 until 1:30 for lunch! I do not like that but they need lunch!!! Highly recommend over going to big main office in Niagara Falls. Too many people. Love this place. Old world charm and people! Lots of limited edition stamps to select from! Why do we even have a Government subsidized postal service anymore? UPS and FedEx can do everything the USPS does. USPS has HORRIBLE customer service. If you want to buy a stamp you need to stand in line with some very "interesting" people. AND, now they deliver for AMAZON? Bottom line, you get what you pay for, I will never use USPS again. read more

We have lived in Sanborn for 29 years this Post Office is so convenient and the staff have always been courteous and helpful . We do agree that the parking is terrible but worth the great service we have. read more
