Five cheers for the Westside Post Office. I lost my phone (which also happened to be my wallet,…read moreouch!) last week. I was looking forward to getting out of obscurity and this digital-less world with a shipment of a phone, but when I got home at literally 4:55pm there was a slip for a signature needed. I called the West Side post office and while it was busy until 4:57pm, I finally reached someone at 4:58pm. I told them I'm a few minutes away and they said they would hold the door for me. I sped over there and there was quite literally someone at the door with my package. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. To my credit, I did get there around 5:05 or 5:07pm so it was only a few minutes after closing time, but man -- I'm glad I don't have to go phone-less for another day. Thank you to the Westside Post Office for the excellent customer service. I definitely love you!

This is the main post office I go to. It's 2nd best out of…read morethe 3-4 that I hit up some times. This location (Hertel Avenue) is usually very slow. The employees work as if there's no one in back of the customer, even though the line is almost to the door. Sometimes you'll get a really nice worker who really helps you out & tries to give you advice on how to send something the cheapest way,the fastest way & figure help you out totals of a package, when figuring out how much everything is worth inside the box you're shipping. Others are just rude af ,and make u reopen things,go through it,take crap out & they are just simply bastards. The guy I had today was straight out of "Woodstock" ,listening to some whacky music that does not suit a post office at all. He acted like he was on acid,or just as high as a kite. I felt uncomfortable & all I was doing was buying 2 books of stamps. Lol But,I do have to say,I love the way they have such a huge selection of stamps and all different things from shipping box sizes,to cards,labels,etc.... Such cute stuff.

That said, since I have discovered it, I don't go to any other post office location (at least not if I'm leaving from home) because this one is so convenient. Plus, it has better weekend hours than the Post Office on Bailey. You can get stamps, mail packages, and do all the things you normally would at the Post Office but without the lines that I've encountered at pretty much every other Post Office. I don't think I've ever had more than one person in front of me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And if you need to get something from the Pharmacy while you're there, it's super convenient. Parking is easy, as is getting in and out of the lot. Yay for convenience and easy.

There also isn't a weight, but then it's not a gym. I have a post office right by my house (on Main St near Goodrich) but this one is quieter and more relaxing. It's smaller, too, but that's probably because very few people ever use it except the residents of Clarence Center. Anyway, I'm not sure what I'm gonna do post-review but this one's about done so it's time to figure that out.

They were open, but because of the software update they were only taking people who had put in a reservation. My suggestion is that you should have a red huge button on the front of the website that says make a reservation. And also, you should tell people that they can't update their license by because they need an eye test and a new picture. And finally, if you have a closure, your website shouldn't say that you're open.
