Wayne Mahalic (owner) is way out of his league trying to run a business of this magnitude- poor communication, dishonest (still haven't received a $500 refund promised on June 26th) and just not very professional - unless he cleans up the business and finds a way to keep quality builders from quitting projects - think twice about contracting with the business.
