It was a…read morepleasure doing business with them, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for high quality windows at affordable price and excellent customer service. I plan to do alot more work with them in the future. Their customer service is excellent. They are worth it.

Installer missed numerous appointments through this ordeal and forced mis-measured doors into openings. Contract signed August 2925. The project began on January 19, 2026, and as of June 25, 2026, it remains incomplete. The issues experienced include, but are not limited to: -Incorrect measurements were taken for two doors on two separate occasions. Despite the measurements being wrong both times, the doors were forced into place rather than properly corrected. -One of the two windows would not open or close properly. During a March inspection by someone from Buffalo office, it was discovered that the window wrapping had not been replaced correctly. Instead of removing and replacing the existing wrap, aluminum was simply cut and nailed over the old window wrap. -Two doors were originally installed in the wrong openings, resulting in the doors swinging in the wrong direction and into the room. -Interior trim on one door was cut too short, leaving gaps that were filled with silicone. -Thresholds were not properly shimmed during installation, causing them to flex and bend when stepped on. This issue was only addressed after repeated requests. -Exterior wrapping remains incorrectly installed as of 6/25/2026. -Doors are hitting trim, and have to be forced open and closed, and some deadbolts no longer lock properly/out of alignment. -Door reveals are incorrect, and door strikes are getting stuck on the trim rather than aligning properly. -aluminum wrap covers the doorbell!!! -One deadbolt strike plate was discovered to have never been secured with screws, creating a serious quality and safety concern.

Whenever deciding on a contractor, you also want fair prices, and no surprises, and A2Z did well on that too. We did have a hiccup however, the team made everything right in the end. We have 2 tips that we think can take the business to the next level. There must be a clear understanding between both parties when doing the estimate. This will reduce the need for scope creep in the project. For projects that require cleaning up, you need to make sure there is a plan to remove the trash. You take it with you, or it needs to be bagged in contractor bags to be put out periodically with the trash. I wish your business the best. I have no doubt that they will take these tips into consideration going forward. We will be in touch for the upcoming project.

Contractor sub-contracted the work (without informing me know) and the sub-contractor damaged the walls by using incorrect pressure washer jet nozzle, ruining the foundation of house (knocked out mortar from foundation blocks). Brought this to their attention and they agreed this wasn't part of the original invoice, nor was it the intention. They told me to fix their mistake they must charge me an additional $900 on top of previously agreed upon price. This company does not do they work, they sub-contract it out. Your results will depend on who is available at the time to do the work. There are good reviews from people who have had good sub-contractors come in. There are also bad reviews from people who had bad sub-contractors come in. If a bad sub-contractor damages your property, it will become your financial responsibility to have it fixed.

This might have been the best experience we could have asked for. In our 1965 home, we had some old…read moredrafty windows that were the worst to deal with, especially in the winter. We met with Sean in May to get an estimate and there was no pressure to move forward at all. We decided to move forward with replacing the majority of the windows in our house. Some were already replaced so we went with the older windows. We had a total of eight windows that we were looking forward to having new ones installed. We were sold by the pricing we had compared to other businesses and the overall quality that Sean showed to us in our meeting. With the time it took them to get the windows made specifically for our house, we had time to get things ready and in order before they arrived to do the work. Josh and his crew that arrived and did the work were friendly, personable and did it in half of the time that we were originally told. We were so happy with how quickly they got the job done, and how careful they were. They covered everything in the rooms to keep things clean, cleaned up after they were done and just like that, we have new windows! Thank you so much to the crew and now we're thinking of what we can get replaced next!

I won't do bus with a company that badmouths a competitor.
