My most recent garden problem was finding a nicely shredded mulch that didn't leave behind big chunks at the end of each growing season. Lavocat's to the rescue! They have a wonderful hardwood fine-shredded mulch that's just perfect. If you're like me, and have a smaller garden - bagged mulch is what we need - whole truck loads just don't work. The floors turned out beautiful and I really love the finish and it adds so much brightness to my upstairs. Why the 4-stars? ~~ Although the quote included closets, one closet I noticed wasn't done after they finished the first quote. After I pointed this out to them, they did it, but it only ended up with 2 coats instead of the 3 originally promised. It doesn't look as good in the closets with the 3 coats and overall the closets don't look as nice as the main floors. I also accidentally put a little scratch on the floor when moving some furniture back. I texted them to see if they would fix it and they quoted me a reasonable amount and said they would contact me, but haven't followed up with me yet. I guess they probably forgot and the otis might be on me to try them again. Either way, some small things and overall a wonderful job done! I'd definitely recommend them for your flooring installing/refinishing needs!

I don't enjoy having to write this review but I want others to avoid wasting their time like I did…read more I scheduled for Kyle to come out on 7/11 for an estimate. He did not show up, which is extra unfortunate as it was an early Saturday morning. However, mistakes happen and I don't believe that one scheduling mishap defines a company. I was willing to reschedule. Eventually, I got ahold of Kyle again via Facebook and was rescheduled for an estimate on 7/30. Kyle was on his way to a job and had very limited time to offer us at our appointment (10 min). We didn't know that of course, until he got to our home. Rushing through his questions, taking his notes with a sharpie and scrap piece of paper, and not bothering to have a mask to wear were all pretty big red flags. I knew we would NOT be a priority to this company. Regardless, he was friendly enough and said he'd get the estimate to us in a couple days (it was a Friday so I figured by mid-first week of August). Well, not surprisingly, an estimate didn't come. Three weeks later and I notice him offering free estimates on the local community page and I took the opportunity to ask him if my estimate was on the way. I got "It will be ready early next week". Fast-forward to September and I have received nothing from this company. I have reached out to 4 other businesses in the meantime and their conduct has been more professional, friendly and structured by a mile. I am very confused by my experience with WNY Property Kings and their lack of professionalism, as they came highly recommended.
