About 4 weeks ago I requested a new roof on my home and garage. Actually, it was much earlier than that, but I thought the glue on the shingles held better in the warmer weather so I waited to call. The roofers came within a good timeframe and cleaned up well but there were issues. I called the company back and sent a couple of pictures. It took a few days but soon two professionals from Buffalo's Best showed and took the time to really listen and address my concerns. We all thought taking care of the issues would only take a couple of hours, but it turns out we were all wrong. They found additional problems that were caused by the previous homeowner, thus for no extra charge (shocking!) the kind, hardworking men fixed it by working a 10-12 hour day. Buffalo's Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 - I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn't seen it was raining - but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the damn roof again!! Raining in my living room - not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: "Action speaks louder than words", and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo's Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe's price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said "Let's please just Git-R-Done" .... On Monday, October 27th, an amazing 'team' showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D'Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn't around on my street that day - they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo's Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It's not like doing business with a business, it's like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I'm so appreciative to Buffalo's Best Roofing that I'm definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect - from the office staff to the field laborers - has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call 'my friends' at Buffalo's Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! We had a decommissioned C-Band satellite dish on our roof for 36 years. When we noticed that leaks were beginning to appear it was decided that it was time to remove it I contacted several roofing companies and only Buffalo's Best appeared. During a literal downpour the gentleman inspected the situation and gave us a reasonable quote of $1,200. We signed the contract knowing that the job scheduling would be unpredictable since this situation is dependant on weather On the date the work was done, we received a notification call about 30 minutes before arrival. 3 men arrived and immediately got to work. It took about an hour for the job to be completed. All of the refuse from the job was picked up, leaving no evidence that they were ever on site. The gentlemen were professional and very friendly. Before starting they explained exactly what they were going to do. My only problem was the 30 minute notice. A little more time would have been better but it doesn't impact the job. Would give this company zero stars if possible. I hate to give negative reviews but would hate for someone else to waste their time trying to use this company. They are completely non responsive and when I could finally get in touch with them, they tried to demand the entire job paid for upfront without a set date for work to begin. I left a previous review on Yelp for this company, but I don't see it now. Buffalo's Best Roofing has installed 2 roofs for us. One last fall and the 2nd one last week. I can't say enough good things about Buffalo's Best. There was an issue with the 1st roof that I noticed. I called them on a Fri. and 2 techs were here on Mon! The 2nd roof was just completed and I notified them about a couple of issues the gutters-I used the old ones. Again , fixed and no additional charge. The customer service rep. was patient and willing to help where needed. By the way, the office staff is professional and helpful. Both roofs were priced reasonably. read more

Everyone from the office staff to the installers were wonderful! They found the exact color shingles that I wanted and did the job beautifully in just 1 day! They also did a great job cleaning up even in freezing cold temperatures. I would definitely use Buffalo's Best again in the future. Careless work, absent owner, unprofessional crew & endless damage to our family's home. They hung one ripped tarp that flapped in the wind, and not nearly enough plywood to cover the windows. They threw everything all over our driveway, neighbor's driveway, and yards. Nails, screws, scrap, bricks, you name it. No tarps were used on the ground and no chutes to properly dispose of chimney bricks. They shattered several of our personal items, cracked more than a dozen pieces of our irreplaceable siding, broke our exterior lights, smashed a window, took chunks out of our fence, and were overall absolutely careless and extremely detrimental to our home and neighborhood. We were promised this job would take 2 days; here we are on day 7 with things still left undone. We've spoken with the crew, and the owner Roy every single day. We're always given the same excuses and made the same false promises. Every day, it's a new crew. Always loud, and obscene, and reckless. The owner never once came to the job site and checked on things. All of our neighbors have complained. Our house is in shambles. This is our family home and we are heartbroken over the avoidable damage and general carelessness of this company. AVOID. read more

My experience has been such a rollercoaster effect. I had a contract with this company to replace shingles my garage. Replace some gutters on my home and replace some singles on my home lost in windstorm. The initial examing of work to be preformed with a positive experience. Shortly after I was given a date work to be preformed. Then covid shut down came. Once they were up and running I called and was told that someone would be calling to complete the work. 3 weeks later I checked in and was told that schedules are being put in place and expect a call for scheduling. 2 weeks later I called no solution yet. Told wait for call. Now 3 weeks later still waiting. This time reception seem a little irritated with my restlessness. What a horrible experience. Now I am being told that the installer has been out of town, but he is back now. Just wait and someone will be intouch. read more

Signed the agreement in July, said they would be out in September. September came and went then October and they kept saying "this week". This is a rental property so I had to drive over there day after day and they wouldn't show up. Finally she called me to say they were on site. i went over there only to find out they were working on the wrong roof. They made a repair to the wrong roof that they just tore apart and did repair the correct one (the worker did do an excellent job once they showed up and got the right roof. As a company they were absolutely terrible to work with totally unprofessional. I would positively never recommend them. read more

Due a windstorm we needed some roof work repaired, Buffalo Roofing came in knocked off the work extremely fast and professional. Clean all the debris off lawn and around my home. Worked with us dealing with the insurance company. I couldn't ask for more than that. Me and my wife recently purchased a home and were looking to get some quotes on replacing our roof and getting some idea of how old the roof actually was, no records were on file. Called and had a person come out the next day! Joe was super knowledgeable about what we needed to have done and gave his best idea of how old the roof actually was. They did my neighbors roof and gutters. They were CONSTANTLY blocking my driveway as well as neighbors on both sides of the street. When asked to move so I could get my sick daughter to the doctor I was told 'you have to wait like 15 minutes'. To get out of MY driveway, which made us late. When they were stripping my neighbors roof they were constantly pelting my house with the old shingles. There is a driveway and chunk of grass about half as wide between the houses. The workers were constantly screaming and swearing at each other, and always smoking right outside of mine and my daughters windows. As the days went on I asked multiple times for them not to be constantly using my lawn to put their supplies on and not to block me in, but yet every day there they were. They broke 2 of my lawn flags and trampled the third. I am very upset that they were asked multiple times to get their things off my lawn but yet never did, and was always blocking other people's driveways but never the one they were working on. They have left garbage all over the lawns and sidewalk, and probably have no intention of cleaning up. I would never use them for anything! read more
