Josh was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was also the only one to point out to me the 2 layers of siding on my home (there was old wood shake under the existing vinyl). Better term, FANTASTIC!…read more I write about this company constantly. Whenever I use them. Their work/product is exceptional. They are not cheap - remember, you get what you pay for. This review pertains to the door that I had installed in February of this year. My beautiful, mid century door finished in a lovely red color. I loved this door so much that I ordered an identical twin, except in Bahama Blue, to be installed as my back door. My house has been rather peckish in the last few years. It shifts. Locks won't close. I'm not overly concerned however with highly optimistic plans of going away for a bit, I would like a door that locks tight. I called KAZ because my front door was becoming a bit of a hassle to lock. Kaz came, assessed the problem and fixed it. New dead bolt. Newly ground out hole for the dead bolt to go into - I know, technical term. Anyhow, no charge. This was not their problem. I told them about the "shifting" problem when I called. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Hopefully I have no new home projects other than the new back door. If I do, KAZ is on speed dial.

If you're thinking of getting a new roof -- go with someone else!! This place has caused my home…read moreand family more trouble than our ancient garbage roof ever did. We were quoted for a new roof on our home in April 2025 and work began soon after. The workers had total disregard for our property. They stomped across our front garden, left their empty cans in our children's sandbox, and left nails just all over. They also smashed and snapped a huge limb off of our lilac bush (I watched them do this carelessly). They left extra pieces of roofing on the roof that blew off into the yard as well as a significant amount of nails on top of the roof of our porch. I understand the work can be messy, but this seemed outrageous. I was picking nails off our driveway for months afterward. The real issues started this winter. We live in Colden, NY and are used to harsh winters with an old roof. However, you'd think after almost $30k for a brand new roof you wouldn't have to worry about leaking/ insane ice issues on it. We have had leaking in the past that we were told would be remedied with the new roof. Instead, the leaking has been significantly worse this year causing more damage through our walls and ceilings. The first time they sent a repairman out to address the issue I was not asked if we were home or if they could come on the property. They called and told me (again, not asked) they'd be at our house in 20 minutes. While I appreciate the quick response, I am a SAHM with two littles and really did not feel comfortable receiving a call that someone would be coming into my home while I was home by myself. In addition to this, they gave the repairman the wrong address and he ended up stuck in my neighbor's driveway which was completely torn up when they pulled him out. The repairman did nothing but take photos of the house and shrug. He told me he couldn't do anything because the amount of ice on the roof would further damage it. The second time this happened, he took a ladder up to look at the issue and told us it was because of the siding. Our siding is old, however we are not convinced the siding is the issue. He found more pieces of roof that'd blown off in our yard and told us he was going to leave to reshape them and come back later that day to reattach them. He never came back, and we never heard from anyone again.
