When the day of work arrived, two other guys came to do all the work and Dale was here for less than an hour to collect his down payment and "make nice." Guys that put the fan in didn't wire it properly. Then they did less than half of the storage in the garage. And in doing so, cracked one of my support beams. Then proceeded to re-install my ballast so that when I opened my garage door for the first time, the garage door cracked the ballast and sent glass bulbs flying everywhere. I have scratches on my car which was in new condition up until then. When I called Dale to complain, after relaying all of my concerns to him, he proceeded to yell at me on the phone saying that he never stated he would be performing the work, that I was thinking of another contractor, and that if the "mess" the broken bulbs caused was too much for me that he would come over tomorrow to clean it up. I then told him I wasn't comfortable having him or the guys he hired in my house to fix or clean up anything. Dale is lucky that he already cashed the down payment check because for the issues, time, and money they have caused me I would have canceled that check. As it is, I am out more than $500 and will have to have all of this work re-done. STEER CLEAR of Dale and Hibbard Home Improvement. You will regret working with him. **Edit to add** I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, who I am confident will do nothing to help me rectify this situation. And to make matters worse, it not appears that Dale has hidden my review from other Yelpers. Very shady.

Josh was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was also the only one to point out to me the 2 layers of siding on my home (there was old wood shake under the existing vinyl). I liked everything about the way he did business, so I went with them. The roofing was done in 1 day and the team of 13 guys he had was efficient clean and very pleasant. A Lead showed up for the delivery of the roofing to make sure it was properly placed to protect my driveway. The team that came to do the siding was just as good.
