We met with Sean in May to get an estimate and there was no pressure to move forward at all. We decided to move forward with replacing the majority of the windows in our house. Some were already replaced so we went with the older windows. We had a total of eight windows that we were looking forward to having new ones installed. We were sold by the pricing we had compared to other businesses and the overall quality that Sean showed to us in our meeting. With the time it took them to get the windows made specifically for our house, we had time to get things ready and in order before they arrived to do the work. I am currently getting options for…read moremy first floor. the salesman was nice, discussed my options and gave me the pricing. as he was wrapping up he told me he would see me in 10 yrs to replace my upstairs windows because as he said, the company used inferior windows. i am getting other estimates but sadly, Renewal by Anderson will not be getting the job because of one stupid sentence. I won't do bus with a company that badmouths a competitor.
