Josh was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was also the only one to point out to me the 2 layers of siding on my home (there was old wood shake under the existing vinyl). I liked everything about the way he did business, so I went with them. The roofing was done in 1 day and the team of 13 guys he had was efficient clean and very pleasant. A Lead showed up for the delivery of the roofing to make sure it was properly placed to protect my driveway. The team that came to do the siding was just as good. They all seemed very happy to be at their jobs and just did a fantastic job. I had all the windows and doors rewrapped and had all new gutters. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Mom is 88 and I'm not a spring chicken either, so the thought of finding a giant ladder and trying to fix this was out of the question. I had remembered that Robert's did the siding in the 90's, the garage roof in early 2000, and put 2 new windows last year. They did beautiful work each time, so I decided they should be my first call. I explained my situation to Sarah and she immediately hooked me up with Jerry. He remembered my Mom and her house and said "I got a few guys in the neighborhood, I'll send them by this afternoon"! What incredible service!!! Twenty minutes after talking, two great Techs were in Mom's driveway! They searched the bushes and found all the parts that had fallen off and then re-attached them. They then went and made sure all the other pieces were secure. Less than a half hour later, the problem was solved! I talked with the techs about two areas where the siding had gotten damaged by the trees and they said they could see if they could find some matching siding. I didn't think it could be possible almost 30 years after it was installed. This morning they showed up and fixed the damage and you can't even tell where it was! Beautiful work! Great Service! Dan came out the next day to size up the job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about what Jeff was looking to have done. The patio door was ordered and came in approximately 3 weeks later. Dan and his crew were able to come out to do the job within a couple of days and completed the job in a day and a half just like he promised. They cleaned up and the installation went smoothly.
