I was headed to my usual UPS store on Main in Williamsville, but we noticed this one on the way, and swung in to save us some time. It is in a Tops strip-mall plaza, with plenty of easy parking. When I walked in, it is a snug space, but a friendly masked clerk was right at the door to point me in the right direction of an available register. They have two checkouts at the counter, and what looked like a third makeshift checkout that they probably put in place to keep patrons social-distanced properly at the counter. All of the clerks were masked properly, too. I had a couple of Amazon returns to turn in, and a letter to mail. I do Amazon returns at the UPS Store regularly, but actually wasn't sure if you could just mail a regular ole' letter there. The clerk who helped me was nice, and very fast. He was able to weigh my letter to confirm that only one stamp was necessary, and sell me the stamp. I didn't know the UPS Store did regular postage transactions, so good to know! This particular UPS Store isn't my most convenient location, but if I'm ever nearby and need to one, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again. Great, safe, friendly service here! :-) read more

The facility is nice and good pricing. I'm sure nice people work here but, Dave, the manager, is extremely rude and condescending. I needed to take a phone call in the middle of our transaction, about the transaction itself so it couldn't wait. He didn't clarify my home address as I have multiple, and when it needed correcting he had the audacity to say "well that'll teach you to take a phone call while busy". Very rude, will not be returning. read more

These guys are very good and personable. You need to know not to go when its busy as with all shipping centers. But have not had any issues with coming here for numerous faxes for medical forms. The costs are standard but this is very convenient. read more

Need wifi access to obtain a shipping address or Amazon Return QRC or just because it's the twenty-first century? This store doesn't allow it! I wasn't able to send out a package because I couldn't log in to get my return QRC! Drive however many miles are necessary to avoid this place like the plague! Also, horrible hours. It might be the franchise has horrible policies or it might just be the Mike guy like the other reviewer suggested. read more
