I went to return a package to Temu and as soon as I walked in ,…read morefirst all smelled amazing in there and secondly the employee who was there just took my package, scanned it and that was it, and I was on my way. He was very polite and very nice.

I don't know if my issue is store related or policy change, but I felt it was ridiculous. I have…read morean Amazon return. I didn't print the labels because previously Amazon sent QR codes that could be scanned At ups off of the phone and labels are printed. Quick, easy, convenient. It's been standard for over 2 years when I've done returns. When I checked my email At ups, I found it wasn't a QR code, but a shipping label. I asked about getting it scanned and the label printed. The response was: "You can email us at x1234@something.com, we can then print and we will charge you $2." This was the only offered solution. A process that was harder and costlier. Then I was stared at. I asked why the change and got a shrug. It was about an 70lb or so item, but I carried it back home and printed out the labels. Yes I could have saved myself the headache if I hadn't assumed that the past method I've used many times was still active, but the point is that this response was frustrating and it shouldn't cost me $2 to print a label that ups would have had to print if I'd just had them come to pick it up at my house (an option a available that I didn't do because ups consistently fails to pick up and ignores my package and just drops off labels.) My frustration is with ups in general, but also the complete lack of caring from the individuals at this location. It left me wondering if the information was even accurate. Communication and customer service isn't just about the information, but also how the information is delivered. Additionally they stood around and ignored me when I first walked in, no greeting or acknowledgment and I had to grab their attention for service in the first place. They're more than happy to leave you holding/balancing heavy items while they talk to you. This is an after thought because this is a norm for this location and I didn't even think about it until writing the review.

I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this local small business; as I feel they bait & switch to a…read morecertain extent. I called around to various print shops to get quotes on a small job I had, including this place, where I was given a quote of $22.62 on the phone. I did the calculation on this to be $0.08/sheet (on 260 pages) + tax. This seemed a reasonable price, as that's the same quote I was given by another shop. Since North Delaware was closer to my house, I went here. Note: The whole issue with them seems to revolve around printing from a file vs. a paper copy. I was told that if I had to send them the MS Office Publisher 2007 file for them to convert to a PDF, it would be a $12 fee to do that. So I did the work to convert the .pub file into PDF to avoid the $12 conversion fee. I went over there with my USB flash drive, thinking I had gotten the price down to $22.62 quoted on the phone. Upon completion of the job, which was done well & quickly, I was told there was a "ripping fee" (I think that's what it was called, I've never heard of such a thing), which was a fee to print from a file, bringing the total cost to over $32 + tax (it seemed to me he was going to charge the $12 fee just for printing from a file, which was NOT was I was told on the phone). If I had been told it was going to be a $12 fee just for printing from a file, I would've simply gone to a library to print out a copy for $0.10 to bring a paper to make copies, rather than the flash drive. When I questioned how it got all the way up to over $32+ just to open the file to hit the Crtl+P buttons, he reduced to total to $25, saying there is a fee to print from a file (again - this was NOT what I was told on the phone), so with tax that brought the told to $27.19. If I had known this would be the total cost from a truthful quote - I would've more seriously considered buying a new printer (which $27.19 is nearly halfway to getting a brand new 1) & I would've been better off simply printing at the library, which is $0.10/page, which would've been a total of $26. At least with printing at the library you can feel the proceeds go towards helping the library provide services to the whole community. I volunteered to get this printed for an animal charity project in my neighborhood, which after distributing the flyers only raised $50 - so we didn't even break even on the effort. Do yourself a favor + find another solution to your print job. Being to disappointed from the false phone quote, I certainly will not be returning to this shop, which is sad because I really try to support small businesses.
