The girl finished taking care of the customer in front of us, and then took care of us. I was done immediately. She was very quick to take care of me and get my return ready to go. There are certain packages that you either have to be home to sign for, such as wine, or you just don't want left at your front door. We do sadly now live in the age of porch pirates. I never thought I'd send a review in for a UPS store. But today ended up exceptional because of a UPS employee. I was getting railroaded by Amazon who told me to "simply return" a package to them via UPS for a seamless, easy experience. Well, Amazon lied and wasted 45 minutes of my day on the phone with them. Used to be my go to place for returns and mailing packages. Unfortunately Amazon now charges to use them. Recent experiences though have kept me away. Being scolded be the staff was odd. We had an Amazon pick up today and we drove from Canada not realizing they close at 6pm. We got there at 6:20pm and we could see a lady and a guy working, my entire family came kneeling through the glass, begging that they let us pick up our packages, they refused and totally incompassionate. We drove back to Canada, I guess they would have to return the items to Amazon. I'm sympathetic to logistics being a tough industry, but this place takes the cake on terrible service from start to finish - from the impatience of the staff to the mishandling of parcels, all the way to not-rectifying that mishandling along with straight dishonesty about steps they plan to take to help. I was on a series of errands that took me from Transit to Sheridan to Hertle. Along the way I was sure I would pass a UPS store. And I did. I had forgotten about this location, although Ive been there before. The parking lot is terrible, and you need to drive slowly or you may loose a wheel in a crater. Or drive into a pile of trash. It was weird, I can only assume it is in the process of being made ready to redo or something. But then I found parking and went into the location. Its a big one, which is nice. The employee is super friendly. My transaction was easy. Next to crunch fitness on the corner of Sheridan and Sweethome. I would not seek this out again, but if passing by I'd stop without hesitation. But I'd drive carefully in the lot. read more

I had no idea how easy it was to make Amazon returns at the UPS store. Yesterday I stopped In with my open box and they gladly taped it up for me. They scanned the code in the amazon app and boom! Printed out the label right there. SO EASY. There was only 1 employee I could see there and he was super nice and helpful. I'd definitely recommend spending the dollar to do the returns in store. read more

I could not believe the lack of professionalism when I visited this store. When I walked in, a young girl was at the counter and a ( pardon my language) jackass was behind the counter sitting down on a computer. He decided to place himself in a conversation he had nothing to do with, when I was dropping an item off. He seemed to have a comment about everything happening and was loud and obvious. He yelled out that the young girl would take care of me and then told me the amount to drop my item off was $5000. He was trying to be funny but was extremely obnoxious. The poor girl at the counter looked so embarrassed by his demeanor. She apologized for him mumbling about every move I made. When I said I needed to find a QR code to return the item he started saying how I can't drop it off and have to go to Whole Foods, almost as if I was stupid and didn't know where I needed to drop off my return. I have worked in customer service/retail for 15 years as a associate and as management, and I have never heard someone act the way he did. I truly felt sorry for the girl working with him that day. read more

I have never had a single and experience here. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful and they always make sure everyone gets help in a timely manner. Aubrey is a phenomenal manager, so kind, and George is such a great owner. Everything is done so well there and the staff is so nice they always make my day. Night and day from the post office where everyone is typically grumpy and you feel like an inconvenience to them. Here's the review I left on google a year ago: "I have been going to this locations for years and have brought anything from textbook returns to valuables that needed to be shipped. I have NEVER had a negative experience and the two men working, who are always there when I happen to stop in, are phenomenal. I always leave that store with a smile on my face because the employees are the kindest, friendliest, most honest people you could meet. I look forward to every interaction. Most people dread running errands but this errand is a treat for me every time. No matter how long the line, the employees greet everyone and make sure every customer is taken care of with respect in a timely manner. I have used this UPS store for several business services, most recently for printing documents. I emailed them to the store ahead of time. My documents were waiting for me when I arrived. It took only a few minutes to check out and the pricing was competitive. I even received an email back confirming a few details about my prints before I arrived to pick them up. The store staff was very friendly. there were several customers in the store when I arrived. He took care of everyone quickly and efficiently. There wasn't a long wait. I have had GREAT experiences with this store. It's the ONLY ONE we'll use. The staff is amazing and super helpful! This past March I sent a medium sized box to NYC carrying expensive tools of my trade. I'm a make up artist and entertainer. I paid for return labels as well so I didn't have to bother trying to find a UPS store in NYC. My hotel did have FED EX but it was triple the cost to send it back here to home. To make a long store short, I received my box. It was TOTALLY SMASHED, RIPPED at the seams as if it had been dropped 10 feet off the ground. Not only was the box damaged, but due to the EXTREME hole in the side of my box, I lost VERY expensive makeup and tools. I tried to make a claim with UPS. They weren't having it. Said it was my fault blah blah blah. End result. The Owner of this chain personally contacted me and expressed his view and what could he do to make it up to me. Noting he couldn't pay the amount I was asking. George Odvaltor took care of me and also threw in a nice little I'm sorry for your troubles bonus.
