Dropped off a prepaid UPS envelope with documents that never made it to the recipient. Girl working at the counter was rude and insisted that it left their location, but "the driver must not have scanned it in." She told me that they lose packages every day and that I should file a claim with UPS. Not their problem. Question: If you lose packages every day, why would I ever return to that location? read more

Came here to drop off a package, and overall was a positive experience. The service here is pretty good; we were greeted by staff and they were helpful. It's a smaller UPS store, so if you're looking for a variety of packaging supplies, this may not be the right UPS store. They also have mailboxes on the right side, but honestly I think it's not an efficient use of space since it takes up about half the store. It was also a bit stuffy when we went in... may have been because it was earlier in the day, but still wish it felt a bit more pleasant. read more

So this store is a find! I was in the area and needed to fax (I know, who really does that anymore?) a document to an insurance company (they do!). I pulled into the very easy parking lot from Elmwood (this is a strip mall between Summer & North), found a nice spot close to the door - very cold day - and walked in. Since I am not all that familiar with how these places work, and have not faxed something in some time, I waited for a moment at the counter. I was quickly approached and indicated I needed to fax three pages (including cover). It was done (behind the counter) quickly and easily. I got a confirmation page back. It was a total cost of $3.50. Since I don't really have anything to compare this to, frankly I don't know if that was reasonable or not, but to me, who needed it faxed immediately, it was worth the price. When I was there there were other customers as well. They were scanning, collating things, copying them, etc. All seemed to be working smoothly. The help in the store was great. It's well lit, clean, easy. If you need to fax (or copy or send) I would go here. read more

The UPS Store at Stuyvesant Plaza has been my go to for years and happy to have in the neighborhood . It may be a franchise but the local owners make it very local as I hear customers being called by their names . I find both owner and staff to be extremely professional , helpful and friendly. I have used for sending , receiving and faxing and never with an issue . I know the copy machine and fax are useful pieces though I personally have not used. read more

I've used this location many times over the years shipping artwork and the young woman that owns that place I completely trust to get everything done. She has consistently been conscientious, responsive and at times when a package has perhaps gone astray, she's preformed above and beyond to see that it has gotten to where needs to go. The UPS Store will not ship, lawful, legal, unloaded firearms at their satellite stores. They don't offer an explanation, they just don't. I was told to "try" the main hub on Bailey Ave, but I didn't have time to "try" when there were many of their competitor FedEx's stores between the two locations to use instead. You know, I heard that Amazon originally worked a contract with UPS in which the internet powerhouse does not pay UPS a penny to ship their millions of smiley faces packages? Well, that's the rumor I heard anyways. Seems pretty stupid. So does having some arbitrary rule that prohibits people from giving you business and heading to your competitor instead. read more

Conveniently located in the Elmwood Village, this is my go-to store for all my shipping needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store has most packaging mayerials you may need. They also have the usual fax and copy services. The store is located in a plaza with a parking lot, so that is not an issue. Do expect a bit of a wait because they are always busy. Nothing more than 10 min. in my experience. They also save the addresses you have shipped to in the past, so you dont have to remember that aunts address that you need to send a gift to. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and well stocked store, so I am definitely going back! read more

When ordering from Amazon I provide specific instructions for where the package should be placed if it does not fit in the mailbox. However, it seems as though the delivery drivers at UPS are unable to read. I consistently receive notifications that they were unable to deliver my package, and I am required to pick it up from this office. I've spoken to a supervisor once and told them to contact the driver, have them redeliver, and follow the instructions. The supervisor was kind and agreed to do so, and also confirmed it. Still, the package was not delivered. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it appears that the drivers lack the basic knowledge to read and follow delivery instructions. read more

I wanted to take print of two pages from my email attachment. They charged.30 cents for printing but charged 3$ for internet. This is cheating with customers instead I prefer going to FedEx print services they charge only for print but not on internet. read more

This UPS store is always POPPIN' no matter what time of day you come in, so expect to wait a bit, but not too long because the people who work here are super efficient and helpful and the line moves quick enough. I usually come here to print and fax things and the flat rate for printing is $3.00, an additional fee per page. Don't try and use the fax machines on the floor, they do not have that ability, the workers behind the counter need to fax in the back for you. They have your typical UPS store findings, packaging tape, greeting cards, pens, notebooks, etc. Definitely a convenient spot. read more

In my line of work, my line of living, parcel service simply isn't one I need very often. Since moving to Allentown last summer, I've been in and out of this place about once a month or so for one of two purposes: 1) Sending back an Amazon return or 2) Printing a one or two-page document that absolutely needed to be printed and could not be digitized in some other way. I've never needed extensive service. I needed the type of service a robot or an ATM machine provides. Lacking automation here of any kind, I had to deal with the humans here. They aren't uniformly rude... but they're nigh uniformly surly and often. The courtesy extended at the PriceRite next door is genteel in comparison. Service aside, a few notes on the document printing: 1) Like any modern package and print store, this location does have USB flash drive-capable printers. They can print .DOC, .PDF, and .JPG but not .DOCX or similar and not .GIF, .PNG, or similar. Be careful with your file types. 2) Like any modern package and print store, this location does have a computer for you to log into and print off of. 3) Unlike any other modern package and print store, this location doesn't use automated payment for its services and does not POST its prices either. For a solid year, I was plugging in my drive, printing one file, and paying 10 cents a page. Not great. Today, I was told that there was a $3.00 surcharge because I used my thumb drive. I argued. I informed them that this policy was not posted, had never been previously enforced. I was told that it should have been, that I should have been charged $3.00 each time I needed 10 cents worth of printing. Ultimately, I gave up and resolved never to patronize them again. Done. Don't come here with printing needs. Don't come here if you don't want your day slightly sullied. 1 star for service 1 star for ridiculous printing pricing 1 star overall read more

Over the past 5 years i have only had to go in there 3 or maybe 4 times i try not to use them at all because of these females. We've been using the UPS store at Buffalo since 2011, almost a decade and they've been always very helpful and accommodating. Recently due to the border closures, we'd an incident with forwarding two items involving customs payment and they went out of their way - thanks Eric and team - to ensure the items reached us without incurring any additional costs and delays, even though it wasn't their fault to begin with. This place is great. I'd been calling around town all day trying to find a place to do a last-minute printing of about 400 pages in two books, with specific requirements for the binding, and tallying up all the rush charges I was quoted. The person who picked up the phone here listened closely to me, immediately grasped what I wanted, and helped me get it done within an hour. It probably would have been even faster except they got slammed with a wave of customers and I was fine waiting a bit (having gone from 3 day or 24 hour quotes to 1 hour). I wrote down the names of the people who were so helpful and then lost them, so, sorry I can't call anyone out! But I would definitely recommend this place. Super efficient, sane and friendly.
