I actually enjoy dealing with them. Even though I see other customers in here, the employees treat me like I'm the one who matters. That's real customer service. Maybe this hidden gem isn't as crowded as the three other P.O.'s in Pleasanton, Dublin, and San Ramon because it's not on a main road. I was to get a set of important documents last evening, the tracking site said it was delivered, but it was not in my mailbox. I went to the USPS office, supervisor Cook tracked the package down, it had been delivered to the wrong address, and waited back at the office post regular times and called me and waited till I came and picked up the package. Thank you, those were important documents.

I've stopped by this place a couple times last month to send out both Christmas cards and Passport renewal. Both times, it was quite quick. I may have waited once as there was one person in front of me, but after they resolved their sending, it was in and out for me in terms of payment. Both times there's a lovely lady who helped me out with a smile. Parking can be a hassle as there's only a small lot, and be careful because folks don't look when they come out of their spots. I've gotten hit almost a couple times as people quickly pulled out of their spots. But I think that's just something to be cautious of when in a parking lot. Otherwise, nice to have a small spot to help with my postal needs.
