They are super helpful. They take my information and give me a price quote. No documents for recipient to complete. Fedex in Walmart is the worst. If you see a guy named Brian working there... Try to get someone else if you can.

This was a little further from my place, but I like to drive so it wasn't a problem. I came about 25 minutes before they closed (5pm) on a Monday and there was a super long line. Of course, it will vary on the days you come but that was just my visit. The interior had wood panels and it was pretty small. The employee who helped me was nice and the process was super fast. Great! I didn't take a picture of the interior because there were so many people that I didn't want any of them to think I was taking a picture of them. lol Oh and if you're coming from I-35S (and after you make a left off the off-ramp) then it'll be on the right next to the CVS Pharmacy. All said in a very rude and loud voice. The more I questioned the more and more he got louder. I tried calling the facility several time about the situation and no one will answer the phone. I still haven't received any mail with in the last week. I can understand be short handed, but you don't need to take it out on your customer.
