They were both dependable and knowledgeable too - I brought a list of questions Aleigha answered with ease, and was willing to ask others for help if they weren't 1000% positive, an admirable quality that told me they really wanted my experience to be an informative, confident, and positive one! They also patiently waited for me to walk back to my car and grab my plates to update them too (something I hadn't planned on even doing that day, but they encouraged me and said it'd be a breeze and no trouble at all :) ) 11/10 experience highly recommend Aleigha AND despite arriving a little over an hour before closing, they had me queued, seated, and served in less than 30 minutes - who could ask for a better surprise on a muggy Midwest summer day :)?

I landed in Kansas City and was under the gun to get something printed and shipped out next day air to a conference, the problem was I showed up about an hour before the final shipment was to leave. This team not only stopped everything to help, but it felt like the whole office jumped in to assist. I could give you all the details on what they did, but all you need to know is my stuff got printed, shipped and is on it's way to the destination for delivery tomorrow because of a dedicated team making it happen! So you are finally able to call during that time and no one is there to answer! You leave a message like the recording asks... you guessed it no one call you back! So terrible customer service. All this on top of the trash guys leaving most of the trash in your trash can and when they do take all of your trash they leave the can in the middle of your driveway so you can't get in it. If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. This is how they treat customers of 6+ years

Precision moving 19 February 2024…read moreI hired them to move a piano from Ashland Missouri to Fulton Missouri we were supposed to meet up between 11:00 and 12:00 started off with they couldn't get a lock off of the back of the U-Haul truck so that ran them until about 1:00 p.m. we met at the walk-in Church and Ashland Missouri, started off when they was starting my piano up the ramp it flipped completely over and landed on the ground on the back, witnesses was there and they also text me to make sure I was aware of it even though I was there, the lady I bought the piano from also found me and told me that in person and apologized and hope everything would be fine, then we headed towards my house I followed the U-Haul truck and someone in their personal vehicle to my home, one of the guys told me it didn't hurt it that bad his body caught the fall of it even though Witnesses says it laid completely over on its back and we got home and unwrapped it I seen that the keys are now sticking they was not sticking before because I was there a week prior and tested and played the piano, the left side of the piano it pulled the seams apart between the boards I have pictures of the piano when I went and paid for it and I have pictures of it after the accident then on the right hand side the top part of it was pulled completely apart and just flopping around and the decorative pieces are now not attached and needs to be replaced. When it slammed down on the ground it damaged some of the Hammers on the inside of the piano. When we got to the house the gentleman that there to unload it said usually we have three to four men but our boss is trying to save money so he only sent two of us the two men was having all kinds of difficulties with my pianos from the very beginning from the church to my house they could not get it into my home so they called their supervisor then they called some other men to come and help and they was at work on the regular jobs so we set in my driveway with the piano sitting in the driveway for approximately 3 hours waiting for more help to come and they inform me well since we had to call his mother men now it's going to cost you more, the owner knew it took more than two people but he sent two to save money then later he said well we're going to have to get three men so they're going to charge me extra for that they wanted me to pay the full fee of all the damage done to my Piano then for me to send them an estimate of what is going to cost to get my piano fixed, I would never see the money from the estimate, I contacted an attorney he told me to get the estimate first then we can take the money out of what I owe them which will probably end up me costing me more for repairs then what it is for the delivery fee so I'm going to be the one out of money for the damage that they caused. And Chris the one that I deal with over the phone about what is going to cost me, said he was not going to turn it over to the insurance company because it ended up costing us more that he would just give me a discount he said he'd take $150 off of the total bill with two men what they had quoted me was $400 then since they couldn't get it in the house they was going to have to charge me more since they had to call and help that they knew they was already going to need. And I do have before and after pictures I have text from the church that I bought the piano at that witnessed the piano flipping completely over on its back. I want to do right I will get an estimate then we will go from there whether or not I owe them for the delivery fee where they had damaged my piano and caused me to have extra fees to pay due to the damage. When we contacted Chris by phone to talk about the Damage Done to the piano and how we would handle the damage and the cost of moving he says you have to pay me directly up front now before you even get estimates he Chris went on to tell us that he could see what kind of people we was and that we do not want to pay the delivery fee but, they do not want to pay for the repair of the piano delivery fee for the piano. So that kind of goes in a circle there he says he gets you what kind of people we are because we do not want to pay for a damage that his company calls and he does not want to pay for the repairs that his company has caused.

He explained Precision's process, provided a verbal estimate, and told us he would keep us informed regarding labor hours on moving day. The Precision/Sunrise team arrived promptly. Every member of the team was polite, professional, and genuinely committed to making the move easy on us. We had lived in our Marshall home for 25 years and we accumulated a lot of stuff! They had the truck loaded in 2 hours! We were just amazed at their efficiency. When they arrived in Gladstone, they did a quick walk-through to see where we wanted items placed and then they got to work! The unloading was finished in less than two hours. Our possessions arrived intact with zero damage. We highly recommend the two moving companies! Thank you for making our move the best it could be!
