My prints were extremely blurry, no phone call to discuss and or troubleshoot. When I went to pick…read moreup I was shocked at how incredibly rude the man was, like I was an inconvenience. Reached out regarding the issues and was asked to come back to get new ones printed. Did not receive the email that was supposedly sent to me with their questions on my printing job. Wasted more time going back up there to try to get them reprinted like the manager said only to find out that she had not saved the file in the necessary format when she worked on it so I would have to come back a third time the following day if I wanted them printed again. (They had a very noticeably purple tint to them this time) I threw in the towel and sent them the way they were because by that point I had had enough. I'll go to Office Depot next time..

This is the first time I've ever had any complaint at this location. The male associate taking care of the other customers did reassure me that they would take care of my package, but it's too bad this lady had the unnecessary attitude in her "assistance." Simply posting this to vent, but also provide an honest review in the event management is actually viewing these. She probably needs constructive feedback on her customer service skills.

The down home manager and his wife are glad to help and not charge you a outlandish price.read more

Completely unprofessional and broke my SIM reader during a simple battery replacement…read more I brought my phone here specifically to have the battery and the charging port replaced. The phone worked perfectly fine otherwise; because the charging port was loose, I had simply been using a wireless charger for over a year, and I just wanted a fresh battery that held a charge longer. While they had my phone, they called me to claim my storage was full and asked if they could delete some of my games. I asked why they were even accessing my internal storage for a strictly physical hardware repair, and the woman immediately got very defensive. I explicitly told them to just do the work I requested. They then sent me photos claiming to show "water damage" on an internal chip. However, the photos showed absolutely no identifying details--no IMEI number or serial number--so I have no way of knowing if those pictures even came from my actual device. When I picked up my phone, it immediately showed a "Not Connected to Network" error. I pulled out the SIM tray and discovered my physical SIM card wasn't even in its slot; it was just floating loose on top of the tray. I have tried to re-seat the SIM card properly into the tray slot seven different times. Every single time I slide the tray back into the phone, something inside catches the card and forces it out of place, causing it to come unseated and lose network connection. When I called to report that my network connection and SIM reader were broken by their technicians, they casually just told me to bring it back. I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of professionalism, the unauthorized access to my storage, and the fact that a simple battery swap resulted in a phone that now cannot connect to a cellular network. Avoid this place. UPDATE they would claim no responsibility for anything. They said my phone was like that when it came in which is a gd lie. They know it and it know it. Better business bureau and Missouri Attorney General office is my next step after flooding the internet with this review. 2nd Update Took my phone to another repair shop who discovered that not on my had they broke the antenna inside so it could not make calls or messages, the battery they supposedly replaced is either faulty or they damaged it too. It will not charge above 1% on either a wireless or a direct cord connection and it gets extremely hot. Too hot to touch so ihad to unplug it to prevent a possible explosion of the battery. I ended up having to buy a new phone for $1299 because of their horrible service. They got pissed because I called them out on going through my phone so I guess they decided to get back. Look who's laughing now. I can afford a new phone. They're going to have to deal with the attorney general's office and the better business bureau as I have filled complaints with both. Plus they can deal with the loss of business from my reviews posted on TRUSTPILOT, YELP, GOOGLE,NEXT DOOR. People do look at reviews. As soon as I find more places to post reviews I will be doing so. So there TXK.
