Our company ships samples once or twice a week, so I'm in there often, and honestly every person there has been helpful, organized, and quick to help -- but mostly I notice they're all efficient to get people in and out and on their way as quickly as possible. I like the fact that they don't waste my time and get me out the door as quick as I can. Since Covid started, I've notice how freakishly busy shipping has gotten. There's sometimes half a dozen people there waiting in line, and the UPS team at Hamilton will often call out to or walk the line to ask if anyone has pre-labeled packages, so they're not standing there for fun. It's a group of really unique people who all seem to answer the same questions every day, figure stuff out for people who can't remember their Aunt Suzy's ZIP code, and politely tell people they can't take FedEx packages. I've even seen them literally show a guy how to open their front door when the guy couldn't figure out how to push. Seriously. So I've noticed the best thing you can do is to figure out in ADVANCE what you're trying to do and where you're trying to send your box o' goodness, to help them do their job as best as they can. Anyway, cool people there and I appreciate their help each time I go in!

I spent literately 3 hours on the phone. Who gave the Right to Deliver the Package without a signature. Plus if you call to track this package it states it was delivered to the original drop off. But online it shows in the State of Delaware. I should of paid the $5.00 to have it shipped to my new address.

On top of the down-to-earth kindness, he was very knowledgeable and even provided me further assistance to introduce other stores with names on my trip. It is common sense to pack food and home supplies separately to avoid any spillage but after receiving the box, I understood that the packers lacked it. Needless to say a lot of my food bought from my own country had to be thrown in the garbage. 4. Due to improper packing, my boxes were held by the USPS and repacked by them which caused some items to go missing from their center. 5. I had clearly mentioned that everything either goes in boxes or suitcases. It can be verified that a lot of my clothes were just moved into a "black cloth bag". On calling to rectify this mistake I was addressed with an arrogant tone without an apology, although it was rectified that night as per their convenience. 6. I wonder how this one happened - My daughter's boots come in two different boxes which again were delivered to me on two different days. 7. I guess this is the last one yet most important, my glassware reached me all in small pieces since they packed GLASSWARE in PAPER!!!! $125 is not a small amount for packing materials. I placed an order for my late father's headstone at their York location in December 2024. It took me time to work up the courage to get this done, but I chose to support a local, family-owned business, believing I would receive care and professionalism during such a sensitive time. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, this process has been emotionally exhausting and filled with unprofessionalism. When I placed the order, I made it clear--multiple times--that the headstone needed to be flat due to cemetery regulations. This requirement had been discussed months earlier when I obtained a quote, and I reiterated it during my December visit. The employee I worked with assured me she would verify this with the cemetery before finalizing the order. She even consulted with her supervisor, who is part of the family that owns Weaver Memorials. Despite these assurances, I was contacted days later and told that the stone I purchased could not be placed in the cemetery. This happened even though I was explicitly promised verification beforehand. To make matters worse, instead of immediately correcting the mistake, the office attempted to upsell me on a more expensive stone in order to reduce my refund. I had to insist that the order be modified to a compliant flat headstone of the same material. I was repeatedly promised a refund within 3-5 business days, and an addendum to the order confirmed this. However, two weeks later, no refund had been issued. When I followed up in January 2025, I was told something completely different--that I would not receive the refund until the headstone was placed, which could take six months. This was a direct contradiction of their written promise and completely unacceptable. It left me feeling deceived, financially strained, and taken advantage of after I had already paid in full. For months, I emailed multiple people and made numerous calls, but received little to no response. By May, I still had no refund, and the headstone had not been placed. When I contacted them for an update, I was told they had been waiting on me to approve a sketch they had "supposedly" emailed. I had never received such an email or proof, and during those 5-6 months, no one followed up with me even once. Their negligence delayed both the placement of my father's headstone and my refund by another 6-8 weeks. Then, on August 4, 2025--my sister's death anniversary--I visited the cemetery and discovered my father's headstone (next to hers) had been placed without my knowledge. No one from Weaver Memorials contacted me to inform me it was installed, nor did they notify me that my refund would finally be processed. When I called, I was told it had been placed in mid-July, meaning weeks had gone by without any communication. Even then, I had to follow up twice more before my refund was finally issued. What makes this experience even more infuriating is that this seems to be a disturbing trend in this industry. When my sister passed 10 years ago, I faced similar problems with the ordering of her headstone--delays, lack of communication, and broken promises. To see the same unprofessional patterns repeating a decade later is deeply troubling and unacceptable. This entire ordeal has been unacceptable. Instead of easing a painful process, Weaver Memorials caused unnecessary emotional and financial hardship at one of the most vulnerable times in my life. Their repeated lack of professionalism, broken promises, failure to communicate, and outright negligence are inexcusable. I regret ever placing my trust in this company, and I would strongly caution anyone against doing the same.

This post office is in a nice, convenient location in downtown State College. This is an actual…read morefull post office as opposed to the location on campus. There are PO Boxes, and what I love most, the automated shipping kiosk. With that thing, you can ship things 24/7. I wouldn't worry too much about parking. You can usually find a spot somewhere along the street.
