    I think this PO has improved considerably in the last few years. I call them and get helpful info quickly.

    What happened to this store!…read more Shopped here many years. Walked in today about 1:45 on a Friday afternoon. Tried to get something laminated. Guy at the counter wouldn't even make eye contact with me, I stood there for 5 minutes. Then he mentioned without eye contact that I would need to wait a few minutes. I walked away. I found a little box of envelopes I needed, LAST one on the shelf. Sliced all over with box cutter incisions. Like $60 for a box, but I needed them so ok. Entered checkout queue. 1 patron in front of me. He finished, so I placed my purchase on the counter. Cashier didn't even acknowledge me. Some guy walked up to the side counter and started asking about camera batteries! I lost my cool. I said OK, take care of this rude walk up customer, I'll wait . I want your attention. Camera guy left. Still no attention. Not asked if I had Staples rewards, etc. Then some Karen walks up behind me, starts demanding service from cashier. Says she has been waiting a long time! Cashier again ignores customer in front of him. I say sarcastically "hey, obviously Karen was here first, I am so sorry to inconvenience you with a sale, why don't you go help her?" He threw my stuff and receipt in the bag, never said more. He made excuses then to Karen, lots of folks off at lunch, he is only one here to deal with up to 3 customers! Thinking of the thousands I spent at this store, obviously overpaid. Found same purchase online for $20. WHY would I Ever shop here again? Obviously so I can create havoc for entitled line jumping Karen's, burned out copy center people with no customer service incentive,? Maybe to stand out front with employees to smoke a cig while customers wait (they are SO hidden by the front door). Maybe it's just this store. Seems like a desperate cry for help from management. Is this store about to close from apathy?

New phone tree subjected me to 20 s of marketing. thus, 2 stars, first impression. I'm sure they think I want to hear their new motto and their new slogan, but, I really don't. I saw this as a micro-agression, essentially.

After almost a month without a refund, they became impossible to contact. We finally filed a suit against them, which scared them enough to return the money. Judging by other reviews, this is not the first time they have done this to someone.

I had mentioned many times to optimize…read morethe boxes weight close to 50 lb to help me account for the shipping labels (that were bought as per weight) but boxes even as light as 10 lb were packed and these variations costed me a lot of money for something that I could pay much lesser. 3. It is common sense to pack food and home supplies separately to avoid any spillage but after receiving the box, I understood that the packers lacked it. Needless to say a lot of my food bought from my own country had to be thrown in the garbage. 4. Due to improper packing, my boxes were held by the USPS and repacked by them which caused some items to go missing from their center. 5. I had clearly mentioned that everything either goes in boxes or suitcases. It can be verified that a lot of my clothes were just moved into a "black cloth bag". On calling to rectify this mistake I was addressed with an arrogant tone without an apology, although it was rectified that night as per their convenience. 6. I wonder how this one happened - My daughter's boots come in two different boxes which again were delivered to me on two different days. 7. I guess this is the last one yet most important, my glassware reached me all in small pieces since they packed GLASSWARE in PAPER!!!! $125 is not a small amount for packing materials. One star for being timely (despite getting out of my apartment twice to deal with 'other work'). NEVER EVER EVER HIRE THEM!

    this is the last resort short of driving stuff into DC or wherever it is due…read more they do not have a direct phone line (like, why should they? /s). they are next to the airport and are in some real sense, part of the airport. I believe that they load their own plane there. folks there are pretty good, on average, adn the few times I've had to go there, they care. the folks here are 5 star. the folks at the phone tree and who set it up, -1 or -2 stars.

Because I had so many different items in my box, I said "random things." My answer appear to infuriate her, and she replied I need to know what sort of random things are in this box. Then she asked if I had an itemized list of the contents. I told her that I did not, but still demanded to know what was inside the box. As I tried remembering all that was inside, she rudely interrupted me and asked her usually litany of questions: "aerosol cans? Electronics? Batteries, etc." To which I replied no to each. Why didn't she ask me that in the first place? She didn't have to be a bitch about it with me. I will never ship with this location again, andwith the options for shipping available, such as USPS and UPS, I may take my business elsewhere the next time I have to ship. This lady left a bad impression of Fed Ex and she certainly does NOT represent the company well
