Each time I get worried that I am about to drop a bunch of money on removing my food or pit stains, and it is always much cheaper than I expected. Their automated service now makes it super easy to both drop off and pick up outside of work hours, which is a huge plus. One note of warning, if you are getting a specialty item cleaned, they often won't let you pick it up from the automated side and you'll have to come in person during their open hours. No local free magazines like the Gazette, Town and Gown, State College Magazine, Bargain Sheet, etc. But if you can get 7 minutes for one quarter to dry and $1.75 for a wash then you might be interested in this place. Called the following Monday to see if I went thru with it what is a realistic delivery date, a miserable woman called back to tell me that's not her department that's sales and proceeded to hang up the phone. Went in Wednesday to get my question answered, I'm gonna assume it's the same miserable women who asked if she could help me with anything I explained I worked with Michael she called him out in the midst of her eye rolls and blatant racism.
