Called on Aug 20 and asked if they did alterations for jackets with zipper repair. I was told yes…read morethey would be able to do it. When dropping of my jacket the next day the girl told me that it might be fixed and I would get a call if they couldn't. Never got a phone call so I assumed they fixed it. When picking it up I saw that it wasn't fixed and was told they dont do alterations. But I still got charged for a cleaning. Never gonna back there even again.
