I noticed a play area and all I could think of was if those toys are being sanitized, or the remotes to the multiple tvs. The arcade machines are a nice touch for those who have to bring their kids, but again how often are they being sanitized. My personal experience wasn't a very good one which is why I'm giving this Laundry Room a 2 out of 5. Only reason I brought up the cleanliness of the remotes, is because the one I touches had some kind of sticky residue on it which me he go ahead and put it back on the table.

At the last minute, we decided we wanted to showcase our Mom's gown- a gown that had been tucked away, unprotected, in an attic 45 out of the 50 years since its original wearing. I called Faxon and Mike welcomed us and our needs. He did a magnificent restoration job in one week and helped make a wonderful day. It was a joy to see my parents' faces when they saw a dress they hadn't seen in 50 years. Thank you, Mike and all the staff of Faxon Cleaners.

The older woman working there is extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Not only are they overpriced, but in addition, I found the owner to be dishonest. I trusted them to ship my jeans--something the owner clearly stated in an email he would do--but after multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received them and have not gotten a clear answer about their whereabouts. I feel completely let down by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I would not recommend this business to anyone. There are plenty of other dry cleaning services that actually take responsibility and value their customers--I would strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.
