I noticed a play area and all I could think of was if those toys are being sanitized, or the remotes to the multiple tvs. The arcade machines are a nice touch for those who have to bring their kids, but again how often are they being sanitized. My personal experience wasn't a very good one which is why I'm giving this Laundry Room a 2 out of 5. Only reason I brought up the cleanliness of the remotes, is because the one I touches had some kind of sticky residue on it which me he go ahead and put it back on the table.

My wife and I purchased a new home in Eagle Rock and had difficulty finding a cleaning service to…read moredo a deep clean on the property prior to our move in. I decided that EMC was the only service that may be able to handle a larger home and booked with them. Very disappointed in the work. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.
