I decided that EMC was the only service that may be able to handle a larger home and booked with them. Very disappointed in the work. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.

Diana does a great job in the office and is pleasant and efficient. Evel and his employees cleaned our basement and attic. The basement is unfinished with a concrete floor. The attic is unfinished and had a great deal of dirt and debris. They used a commercial shop vac and then washed the floor. They also cleaned off any items that had been stored for many years and removed some old, broken items. They work industriously and don't leave until you've inspected their work and are satisfied.

Keiper was the one. When all done, 28 huge trees gone, a garage stone pad as level as can be and 3 truckloads of stone spread and I couldn't be happier. Especially with the price. Chad and Nate knock things out quickly so not to charge any more than they have to. I've heard many stories of companies charging for 2 days when it could have been a one day job. Not these guys, they are extremely honest and all work is done with safety and respect in mind to your home and property at all times. I honestly couldn't find a single stick left behind. Also my plush lawn looked exactly the way it did before they came. No tire marks no ruts. Lastly i was pressed for time with a new garage coming. Keiper not only put me into his schedule, but was able to get me in ahead of schedule to help me out. This is a very good company, with a really great team.
