My wife and I purchased a new home in Eagle Rock and had difficulty finding a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the property prior to our move in. I decided that EMC was the only service that may be able to handle a larger home and booked with them. Very disappointed in the work. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far.
