We hired Paul to rebuild the deck and it came out amazing! The exterior of our home was also getting worn down with the house gutters damaged/clogged and Paul did a fantastic job repairing and replacing the gutters for a smoother flow. He is a very efficient worker, got the job done quickly! Reliable and honest. I high recommend Paul to anyone who needs help with their homes in PA or NJ -- great quality at a reasonable price.

I reached out to several companies, but jimmy's rates were unbeatable. He was very pleasant to work with, knew exactly what I wanted, and listened. I asked for a breakdown by cost of each part of the plan so I could decide what I could afford or wanted to do. His quote was exactly how I asked for it. My existing sump bucket too small so pump working overtime, probably why they burned out so fast. Widened, deepened, replaced with a lid, reconnected. Second pit dug new pump new electrical line. Now I have redundancy in case one breaks again. 10 tons rock and new liner added. Liner ran up the sides properly. Old liner barely covered the floor with open spots. Everything quality installed and fully guaranteed. Jimmy even offered to check on things for free periodically. Now I'm looking forward to the next torrential rainfall to test my new hopefully dry crawlspace! Collect your quotes then see jimmy last. You won't be sorry!

Had the contractor out multiple times and he missing things on the quote we had asked for. So contract was updated multiple times . We had him out multiple times to quadruple check the job and make sure everything we wanted would be done. Siding finally came in and 2 days before the install the contactor said he needed to meet with again even though we had seen him a few days before. When he showed up he told us that he did something he had only done 1 other time in 20 years and we had 2 options which were : 1. He would refund our deposit and cancel the contact Or 2. Come up with an additional $8,000 dollars because he had forgotten to add the cost of labor and materials on part of the job I was pissed but at this point did not want to start over with a new contactor So after a night of thinking we went ahead with the job (still not sure i did the right thing) Considered getting a lawyer and still may Overall the job looks good but needed to keep checking on things to make sure everything was being done correctly . Gutter guys threw the old gutter nails (?) that are like 10" long all over the yard (most were 20-30ft from my home) That would have not been good to run over with lawnmower. $8000 is a big mistake and kinda feel like the company should have taken the hit for this not me So if you use this company be wary I thought we had covers everything but apparently not
