They thoroughly power washed our house - including areas that would not be painted. The painting itself was expertly done. On my final walk-around I found that all of the areas I had previously jotted on my pad to be fixed were taken care of by the crew before I pointed them out. There was NO necessary clean-up on my part. I selected the stains / paint in conjunction with the local Benjamin-Moore dealer - all top of the line and Dave used those. Dave himself was present for power washing and on the first day of painting along with 2 workers. A crew of four finished the work - all working expertly, neatly, quickly and with care.
