In between they had 3 other jobs going on besides mine, two of them completed before mine. After completion of job, I pointed out to Son ,Nick, the damage to my shed, garage trim, pavers and unfinished landscape, Nick said he would take care of it, but never did. Then in February, 2026, the driveway developed several larger cracks and chips. I called Nick and he said he would repair it, since it was under warranty. He stated it was only a 30 minute repair. He also stated when asked, that that he "forgot" about the repair work of shed. etc. After TWELVE phone calls to him and FOUR to his father, who also lied about coming out to fix it, have ignored every one of my calls and never fixed the damage. I faithfully paid cash for the entire job! in 3 installments! Do not make the same mistake I did., AVOID them!!

In January it was really cold, somewhere in the low 20's or less, one of my pipes froze and leaked. As I called a few companies, one even told me that if I was not a customer already, they would not do the job for me. Luckily, this company with such a horrible cold weather came in and did the job, as soon as possible and became my heroes for January. The job was done fast and the price for the repair was excellent. I am so happy, if only all companies worked this way. I will always use them for any plumbing need again. Best of the Best.

After a long period of dealing with a faulty pump and failing to repair it, they decided that they could not fix the problem and refunded the money of the pump which I might add is still under warranty. There is only one good and reliable plumber left on staff, his attention to detail and track record are impeccable. His name is Joe, and I'd recommend that you request him to be the one to come out - Its worth it to even pay more for it. If he started his own business tomorrow, I'd be surprised if it had less than 5 stars. If he has to bring assistants, I'd recommend you supervise them. If you need fuel oil, go with Evans in Summit Hill as an alternative - they are cheaper.

Greg, the owner was different on the phone than everyone else. He was so friendly and didn't make my job sound like some very involved, expensive job. He gave me a rough quote from some pics I texted and was at my house to do an accurate quote just a few days later. His quote on the phone was in the range he gave me on our phone conversation, so I was happy. Greg arrived with a helper which was also very friendly, and both respected my property and home. They were on time, gave me the best price out of 4-5 quotes and they did a great job! I got on the roof and inspected up close, and I am so happy with the finished job. He also uses better cement and products than others in our area. Hire Greg and you won't be disappointed!
