They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

If he does, don't leave any room unattended. The man who came didn't remove spots, damaged an expensive baseboard to the bed. There was also property missing from the bedroom. He also had issues running 2 credit cards, which should have been another red flag. When addressing it with Saxton he was dismissive and protective of his staff and non-responsive to the needs of the customer. Before the service tech left he said to stay off the carpeting for 24 hours. Since I had great service in the past I relied on that and didn't notice until late in the evening all of these flaws. No one else was on the 2nd floor and in the house and all steps were re-traced and the conclusion is that the property was missing. So if you want property missing, a below average cleaning and issues with management then take this location out for a test drive. You will be disappointed. I was an advocate of Stanley Steemer for 2 years because of the previous techs, but with what happened in July, they wont be back or trusted in the home again.

Estimate given over the phone, a promotion was offered and there were no adverse issues. I suspect the company has multiple Lehigh Valley locations as several phone numbers are associated with this organization. Scheduling was pain-free. Technician called ahead as promised, arrived timely. Without a doubt this was not only the best cleaning experience we've had; it was also clearly the best value for the money. Usually when the tech arrives they immediately go into a sales pitch to up-sell. Our tech, Jay, did none of that. Actually, when we saw the thoroughness and professionalism we were the ones who requested additional services and they were accommodated at reasonable rates. These are 30+ year old carpets, admittedly good quality but no other cleaners did so workmanlike and patient a job. There were stained areas that we expected might be difficult; however, we can't even detect where they were. At the most heavily trafficked area at the top of the steps leading into the kitchen has not looked nearly this good in any prior cleaning. I have been disappointed with Chem-Dry's poor customer service and that's what triggered the switch to Oxy-Fresh. Best ever. Strongest possible recommendation. If other techs are as personable and professional as Jay, using this company is a no-brainer.

I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.

The attic is unfinished and had a great deal of dirt and debris. They used a commercial shop vac and then washed the floor. They also cleaned off any items that had been stored for many years and removed some old, broken items. They work industriously and don't leave until you've inspected their work and are satisfied.
