My wife scheduled a cleaning for November 18th to clean our carpets. We both took vacation days on the day to get prepared. We moved every out out of the way for them before scheduled arrival. They were to be here for 9:30am. When no one showed up. we called them around 10:30am. The woman stated that we had cancelled. We did not. The error was definitely on them, not she nonchalantly said they could not show now til the middle of December. We could have used the vacation day doing something fun. Now we have to put everything back again . I would never recommend this company to anyone read more

5 star service all the way. The owner tony is a very cool guy to work with. I live in California and own several rental properties in hazleton pa. Before talking with tony, I called several other cleaners who refused to work with me because I'm so far away. Tony set me up and a plan so I could just send him a check in the mail. No questions asked! He always sends me before & after photos of the work and all I can say is WOW. My property manager said that no one has ever cleaned carpet like that before.. Amazing results and great customer service. I will never use anyone else as long as tony is around... Wish I had a cleaner like this in Cali for my properties here. read more

History

Established in 2013.

I started this business because I love to clean carpets, having a large family I know how how dirty carpet can become. I really took pride and satisfaction in looking at my carpets and upholstery when complete. My friends and relatives would often comment how clean the carpet was in our home, especially with four kids and two large dogs. They would often call me to come clean their carpets, and that's how Steam Team Carpet Cleaning was formed.

Meet the Business Owner: Tony B.

I love to clean carpets! We are a family owned and operated business. When you call the Steam Team 99% of the time I am the guy answering the phone. When we come to clean for you, 99% of the time I am the guy doing the cleaning. When you call the us your dealing with the owner, not an employee just collecting a paycheck. Give us a try you won't be disappointed.

The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of.
