I decided that EMC was the only service that may be able to handle a larger home and booked with them. Very disappointed in the work. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.

Diana does a great job in the office and is pleasant and efficient. Evel and his employees cleaned our basement and attic. The basement is unfinished with a concrete floor. The attic is unfinished and had a great deal of dirt and debris. They used a commercial shop vac and then washed the floor. They also cleaned off any items that had been stored for many years and removed some old, broken items. They work industriously and don't leave until you've inspected their work and are satisfied.

We moved every out out of the way for them before scheduled arrival. They were to be here for 9:30am. When no one showed up. we called them around 10:30am. The woman stated that we had cancelled. We did not. The error was definitely on them, not she nonchalantly said they could not show now til the middle of December. We could have used the vacation day doing something fun. Matthew and his team arrived at my parents house in rural Susquehanna County. The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.
