Took him longer to put his stickers everywhere than to look at anything. He says it'll be about $900 for parts and labor and charged $200 for the visit for Monday. I told him OK and I'll call his office back in the afternoon to schedule. I call back later in the day and it goes to voicemail so I leave a message. They never call back so I call again on Tuesday morning, spoke to someone but still had to leave a message and wait for a call back. I call back again Tuesday afternoon and the quote is now $1,100 and when I ask about the parts they want to install because I want to match what I currently have, they say they'll call back. We called Agentis and they said basically that because we haven't had a winter "that cold" in a while "all" the frost free bibs are doing that. They refuse to back their work or parts and said we will have to pay them to get it repaired. We are now waiting on a call from customer service to schedule someone to come out so we can pay to have it fixed. But we now have not only to pay that means for repeat work but ALSO pay to repair the damaging this caused our home.
