The technician shows up an hour late blaming his truck and tells us the air blower is broken and that he'll need to come back in a few days. Took him longer to put his stickers everywhere than to look at anything. He says it'll be about $900 for parts and labor and charged $200 for the visit for Monday. I told him OK and I'll call his office back in the afternoon to schedule. I call back later in the day and it goes to voicemail so I leave a message. They never call back so I call again on Tuesday morning, spoke to someone but still had to leave a message and wait for a call back. I call back again Tuesday afternoon and the quote is now $1,100 and when I ask about the parts they want to install because I want to match what I currently have, they say they'll call back. What an absolute waste of time and money. Keep scrolling and save yourself the hassle.

We had Agentis come out to install a "frost free" hose bib since we had an issue with our previous…read moreoutside faucet freezing. We paid $639 in April of 2025 (so one year ago) and this year upon turning the horse on for the first time, the internal pipe they installed busted and now we have water damage in the ceiling of our basement. We called Agentis and they said basically that because we haven't had a winter "that cold" in a while "all" the frost free bibs are doing that. They refuse to back their work or parts and said we will have to pay them to get it repaired. We are now waiting on a call from customer service to schedule someone to come out so we can pay to have it fixed. But we now have not only to pay that means for repeat work but ALSO pay to repair the damaging this caused our home. Beware and use at your own risk-- This company refuses to back their work or the parts they use.
