I LOVE doing laundry there (would give it 5 out of 5). Very clean facility, comfortable atmosphere and amazing Wifi. The laundry service they provide there is unfortunately an entire different story and for that I'd give them 1 out of 5 stars. They charge $20 extra for doing a very thin comforter blanket (I could buy a brand new one for that $) and all my clothes came back shrunken down to baby size this last time. I used to drop it off before work (8:30am), give them one medium-sized basket with clothes that didn't even fill the basket, tell them express but that that I wouldn't pick it up until about 6pm (probably later since I always work late) and every time they were still upset that I wanted express despite giving them over an extra 4.5 hours to get it done and always tipping them extremely well. It's over $50 for a basket with mostly underwear and some shirts which is pretty expensive. I don't think they should offer express if they can't handle someone dropping off a basket that will take maybe 2 loads of laundry. From now on I will go there to do it myself and use the money I save to buy myself new clothes for all the things they shrunk last time. read more

That's place is great. I was able to drop off laundry at 8am and it was ready for pickup at 12pm. There even have an after hours pickup and drop off option. Great laundromat with everything you need to do your laundry. They use a card system for all machines so there's no messing around with all that loose change, just swipe and your good to go. There's an ATM inside or the card machine will accept debit and credit cards. They have an area to work or read while waiting for your machines to finish. The WIFI here is free and fast to log into. They also have vending machines if you need a quick snack and a video poker game. The staff is friendly and helpful as are the patrons (left some wash in a machine). read more

This place is great. I especially love the fact that you can drop your laundry off the they will do it for you. I enjoy using the lounge area while I'm doing my laundry. I also think that it's very convenient that they hold long hours and they allow people to use credit and debit rather than having to deal with using cash for machines. It might be helpful if they had more larger machines. read more

I get my laundry washed, dried, and folded every other week. The service is impeccable. Fast and very nice job organizing, folding, and bagging the laundry.
