I feel completely let down by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Each time I get worried that I am about to drop a bunch of money on removing my food or pit stains, and it is always much cheaper than I expected. Their automated service now makes it super easy to both drop off and pick up outside of work hours, which is a huge plus. One note of warning, if you are getting a specialty item cleaned, they often won't let you pick it up from the automated side and you'll have to come in person during their open hours. I made a point of telling them that I needed it for the parade and would be picking it up on Sat. The girl said not a problem, they were open till 1:00. I was there at 12:25 on Sat., and they were closed. My Husband had to borrow a uniform. I went to pick up his uniform today, and told the store owner what had happened. I have never in my life come across a business owner as mean and rude as she was. I asked to speak with her boss, and she said "the buck stops here- pay for it or I will keep it". It is a 400.00 uniform! I didn't know how to react. I asked her how she slept at night, and she told me to shut up and get out of her store. These people also own a store in Sayre. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Finally I want to say this situation is disrespectful to our fallen soldiers. I was always told the best advertisement is by word of mouth. These people are mean and untrustworthy!!!!!! This business owner told me she doesn't have problems like this in Sayre, only in Towanda.

The staff are all very fashion-forward, and are all more than capable to send you on your way looking sharper than when you came in. The store itself is very upscale, and feels like a place you'd find on Savile Row (without the Savile Row prices.) Really great seasonal selections, with a lot of well-curated accessories available. Their custom garments are where they really shine however. With hundreds of fabrics, linings, buttons, and styles to choose from, it is always a joy creating something that is uniquely yours.
