When we went to check out, we waited for someone to help us. When the purchase was over $500 the sales lady proceeded to ball up his dress shirts like dirty laundry. I took them out & folded all three of them myself.. Then she balled up his sports coat & my husband had to ask that the coat be hung and bagged. For a high end men's store the customer service & lack of polish was horrible. We won't be back.

For our wedding, my husband's shirt was too small so we had to purchase a shirt at another location for him. They did take that off the rental price for our trouble. Going to an out of town venue we werent sure if there was a Men's Wearhouse nearby so a manager extended the return date for us since we were never told the next day policy. Flash forward 2 weeks and we go to try his tux on, and my husband's vest is about 1" to small. It's too late to order a replacement but they can send it overnight to a men's wearhouse near the hotel. (5pm cut off for next day delivery) A bib type vest like we were expecting at no extra charge. We got everything in time but that's twice now in different years something wasnt fit properly.

If the parking slots were full, I would not have had that luxury. I won't be going back. While the parking is something they can't fix, the pricing is crazy high.
