For a high end men's store the customer service & lack of polish was horrible. We won't be back.

After filling out the paperwork and sending a check deposit, as requested, I worked with a representative to book an all-inclusive trip to Puerto Vallarta for $2,435.84, which I paid in full. Three days before leaving for our honeymoon, I had a bad feeling about the whole thing. This led me to calling the resort to confirm our reservation -- which thank goodness I did -- because we discovered that the whole trip was a scam and the travel agent had stolen our money. The representative not only stated this was a case of fraud, but admitted it had been happening for months to other clients from the company. This left us without our dream honeymoon and out $1,500 in nonrefundable airfare, on top of the money paid for the trip. I notified Tracina Fisher, the owner of Formalities, in hopes of preventing this from happening to other brides. While she initially expressed sympathy and asked how she and Peter Hayes (the Marketing Concepts Representative) could help, their tone quickly changed. When I asked if their companies could help recoup the $1,500 we lost--considering this situation never would have occurred without their promotion--they became extremely rude and blamed me instead of taking accountability for putting their customer through this situation. It's devastating to lose our dream honeymoon to fraud and even worse to feel abandoned by the businesses we trusted. While we are dealing with this issue with both federal and state authorities, I strongly urge anyone considering this store or promotion to proceed with caution. This experience has caused immense financial and emotional distress, and I hope it prevents others from suffering the same.

There were several girls there ahead of us trying on dresses, the staff was engaging with them, bringing more dresses, placing them in front of tri-mirrors and handing out compliments. If you are looking for athletic slim fit pants I suggest somewhere else…read more Hoping to both help future customers with this post as well as the store. Was debating how I wanted to write this review because there was good and bad that came out of this. May end up a little lengthy. I came in to the store to purchase a slim fit suit. I have an athletic build so was hoping to find something tailored to that. Lindsey and Alex J helped me for almost an hour a lot of credit to them I would have already left but they were extremely accommodating. I had decided on a light grey slim fit. After trying on multiple jackets finally found one that fit very well slim fit 1905 40R - now these are suppose to come with 34 slim fit pants. But after putting on the pants that were with them, they were at-least a 38-40 waist and not even close to slim fit. Alex worked tirelessly to find pants for me. Apparently the coding were the same for multiple pants. So they agreed on some variation of the pants and would alter them. (See photo 1). I don't believe they were the 34 slim pants but they could have been. Just do not resemble it. Aside from length of visit and the organization of the store a little off they made it right and I appreciate their help on it. Here is where my trouble started. I got the pants back and they were still very baggy and long ($29) later. I am 25. Another guy around my age was in there when I was going to pick up looking for his pants to have the modern, slim fit. I overheard the gentleman who is asst manager tell him "we might as well call what you are looking for ladies tights". Ok.... Now I was told what I needed and wanted was extreme tailoring ($28) to get the fit I was looking for. After the tailor coming out and working with me - no Lindsey or Alex this time. She was a bit disgruntled at me.. this was the fit I wanted but eventually said ok. I took a pair of state and liberty pants back in to match that fit. Finally got everything done. The pants look okay, nothing is ever perfect I understand that. And I appreciate the help of Lindsey and Alex. My suggestion is if you are looking for a modern slim athletic fit pant try your luck somewhere else. I was up to $57 in modification for the pants that cost $80. I have gotten 2 suits already this summer at the Greenville location and didn't have any issues. After it was all said and done here are the results in photo 2. I appreciate Lindsey and Alex work, the other man working not so much, seemed to try and tell you what you should have instead of asking what you want. A $250 suit turned into over $325 with all modifications which is still a decent price just wish It was a bit easier than 4 trips there and back.

She is attentive and works hard to satisfy your shopping experience. I will not go to the store if she is not there. Al is rude,poor attitude and just does not know how to talk to people. I order more on line than from the store. I have complained several times about him and nothing changes. Lynsday addressed my treatment from Al and apologized. Call before going in.
