Was in a large wedding party this past month and there were just so many things that went wrong…read more Not sure if this was entirely the owners fault (as he orders the tuxedos) but I wouldn't say it was all about quality and service. To start, he promised the Groom a "Groomsmen fitting party" where he would provide pizza and beers if we chose him for our tuxes. So the groom-to-be did, and when we showed up there was no pizza and the owners wife popped up with a few beers right before we finished. Really that's not a big deal but let's get to the important stuff. For the big day there were countless problems with the tuxes that clearly showed a lack of detail from the owner, one shoe was ripped, of the 9 tuxes ordered, 8 had bowties as they should, but the 9th was a regular tie, so one of the groomsmen didn't even match. Some of them were missing the cufflinks and button covers that are supposed to come with the tuxes. There was trash in the pockets when they were recieved just overall a lot of us felt like for $200 tuxedo rentals there were way to many things overlooked. All the while he called many of us to try and work out times for us to pick up his tuxes and return them around HIS schedule since he had certain places to be. Customer service just wasn't much of a priority here.

She had the audacity to raise her voice as if she was speaking with a child, saying she's sorry. She's not sorry, she didn't like the fact that I called her in her micro aggression, and went on the defense. If it was her kid that I made uncomfortable, she would've lost her mind. I will not tolerate this ignorant, passive aggressive behavior. Men's Wear-house please provide your employees with diversity training. This is exhausting and shouldn't be happening in 2025.

They hardly carry the most common sizes. Or don't order enough to begin with. And they make up their own hours. Mall doesn't close until 8pm on a Saturday, torrid closes at 6. No reason given.
