He was VERY professional, accommodating & went above & beyond to help us find the perfect fashion & sizes. It's very seldom & far between shopping experiences when you get a sales person such as Jose' that TRULY wants to help & genuinely seems to not only be knowledgeable about all the stores products but happy to help someone like myself who walking in the store didn't even know what size waist or dress shirt my own child wore. The cashier that took care of me was acting weird until I requested her name, then all of a sudden, she was really nice, great! I returned the jeans and ordered the smallest size the same day, as they were available online only. The jeans arrived, still too big. Went back the store on 9/12 to return them. This time my cashier was just as weird. She told me, I had already returned those jeans. I explained to her that there were two orders placed due to sizing, offered the order number for the newest one. She declined and continued telling me it was already returned. Finally, she went and got someone else. This person was ok, she found the order and completed my return. Afterwards, I browsed the store for a bit, and noticed the cashier so close behind me, I hardly had space to move. I was annoyed and taken aback. She was absolutely following me. I started to leave but thought, I spend a lot of money here that contributes to her salary and wasn't going to be made uncomfortable, so I continued to browse. I walked to the back and noticed she was there too with another associate. They tried to be discreet but I saw them staring. I'm disappointed that this is where we are in 2026 and with a woman of color, wearing a hijab, who likely faces discrimination too. Yes, I contacted corporate and will continue to do so, if Express doesn't fix this. No one wants to spend their money and deal with your ignorant employees acting like this. I will continue to shop online and return in the store as needed. Do better, Express.

After about 14 months, those boots finally needed to be retired and I went back for a new pair and even though there were 2 other people in the store, he gave me great advice again. My boots are getting shipped to me and he called to say that the booth I bought was back ordered so it would take about 2 weeks to get to me so he called around and found a store that had them in stock and I should get them in 2 days. If you need work boots or hiking boots, this is your place. I know there are other locations but we won't go to them because Jeff makes all the difference.
