Gets the job done pain-less-ly. Ok, so I scheduled a car inspection but couldn't find my registration card, dang-it! Stopped by around lunch time today, I was the 3rd person in line... left with a new registration card in about 15 minutes. A good alternative to DMV or dmv.state.pa.us. Online, the instruction was to fill out a form, mail that with a check and then wait for my registration card to arrive. Arrived there with a friend one minute past the close time but they were super accomodating and agreed to see us to notarize our vehicle title. Rude staff and owner. Refused a request to see a state ordinance in writing, refused to give me their pen dot operating license number. Owner welcomed me to contact penndot and the Better Business Bureau. He also told me "it's not worth eleven people losing their jobs because I want this done now". Three trips to this location to purchase a $400 vehicle that I wasn't even driving...just a private sale. I was refused service because I have an out of state license. I informed them I was not registering it in PA, that I was buying it and towing it to a shop for repairs. Two days earlier I was told by their employee that the state is two months behind on birth certificates, yet no one was aware of that fact today. She also was aware I had an out of state license yet never told me I'd need a PA ID to have the vehicle titled here. I still need to buy two birth certificates, transfer three titles, register four vehicles and a boat, but I will never spend another dime at this location. I needed a simple document notarised, and they did it fast and painlessly. $5, which seems a little high, but they also noted how there is a lot of forms, and there are more, and lots of bureaucracy, which was evident in their paperwork. read more

Went there today to get my title transferred, since I just moved to the state. Things went smooth, and the staff (I had Mandy helping me) were friendly and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone. Note that they don't appear on the DMV's website for new resident title and transfer but they definitely do it. read more
